7 IR skill test 1. An pplint for n IR shll hve reeive instrution on the sme lss or type of irrft to e use in the test whih shll e ppropritely equippe for the trining n testing purposes 2. An pplint shll pss ll the relevnt setions of the skill test. If ny item in setion is file, tht setion is file. Filure in more thn one setion will require the pplint to tke the entire test gin. An pplint filing one setion shll repet the file setion. Filure in ny setion of the retest, inluing those setions tht hve een psse on previous ttempt, will require the pplint to tke the entire test gin. All relevnt setions of the skill test shll e omplete within 6 months. Filure to hieve pss in ll relevnt setions of the test in two ttempts will require further trining. 3. Further trining my e require following file skill test. There is no limit to the numer of skill tests tht my e ttempte. CONDUCT OF THE TEST 4. The test is intene to simulte prtil flight. The route to e flown shll e hosen y the exminer. An essentil element is the ility of the pplint to pln n onut the flight from routine riefing mteril. The pplint shll unertke the flight plnning n shll ensure tht ll equipment n oumenttion for the exeution of the flight re on or. The urtion of the flight shll e t lest 1 hour. 5. Shoul the pplint hoose to terminte skill test for resons onsiere inequte y the exminer, the pplint shll retke the entire skill test. If the test is terminte for resons onsiere equte y the exminer, those setions not omplete shll e teste in further flight. 6. At the isretion of the exminer, ny mnoeuvre or proeure of the test my e repete one y the pplint.
