2 General Information Aquatics For ages 5 and older. A minimum of 6 children is required for a party. Parties with more than 12 participants require an additional lifeguard for an additional $ Cost is $13.00/child for residents, $18.00/child for nonresidents. Parties are held Fridays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00-2:00pm, 2:15-4:15pm, and 4:30-6:30pm. Parties include Cake, Beverages, Invitations, Room Rental, A personal lifeguard host, Set up and Clean up, and Time in our Activity Pool. Climbing For ages 5 and older. A minimum of 6 children is required for a party. Cost is $18.00/child for residents, $24.00/child for nonresidents. Parties are held Fridays from 12:30-2:30pm, 3:00-5:00pm,and 5:30-7:30pm. On Saturdays from 9:00-11:00am, 11:30-1:30pm, and 2:00-4:00pm. On Sundays from 12:30-2:30pm and 3:00-5:00pm Parties include Cake, Beverages, Trails Recreation Center T- shirt for birthday person, Room Rental, A personal climbing host, Set up and Clean up, and Time on our climbing wall. Gymnastics For ages 1.5 to 5 years old. A minimum of 6 children is required for a party. Cost is $12.00/child for residents, $17.00/child for nonresidents. Parties are held Saturdays from 9:00-10:30am, 11:00-12:30pm, and 4:30-6:00pm. On Sundays from 10:30-12pm, 12:30-2pm, and 2:30-4:00pm. Parties include Cake, Beverages, Room Rental, A personal gymnastics host, Set up and Clean up, and Time in our gymnastics area.

3 Enjoy a session of swimming for your group in the Trails Recreation Center facilitated by our trained, friendly lifeguards. Ahead of the party activities, enjoy time in our activity pool with our lazy river and our two waterslides, one, which is entirely enclosed! Parties are designed for six to twelve children, ages five years or older. Parties are held Friday nights, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Parties will commence with the opening of presents and cake. Parties will then venture to the pool after a brief introduction of safety rules. Children will be able to explore and play in the aquatics area (according to age and abilities*). Organized games can be set up by your party host if requested. Note: Your personal party host will assist with the overall safety of the group but adult supervision of the group is required. Children ages 5 and 6 years old will require direct adult supervision while in the water at a ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children. *Slides may only be used by children over 48 tall. A swim test may be required for deep water activities. Cake, Beverages, Paper Products, and a separate party room are all provided. All cakes are from Coldstone Creamery! Non-Dairy cakes will also be provided from Coldstone Creamery. A contract packet will be mailed to your house after reserving a party time. Invitations will also be provided with your contract packet.

4 Brag to your friends, My Birthday Rocked! The climbing wall parties are designed for ages 5 and up. The parties will be supervised by your own personal certified climbing attendant. The first hour and 15 minutes of the party you will enjoy your own private session of rock climbing and bouldering on our one of a kind 40 foot climbing tower. Look for treats hidden on the rocks as you climb or be the winner of the Timed to the Top races. For the last 45 minutes, you will enjoy a Coldstone Creamery cake, beverages, and paper products in a decorated party room. The birthday person receive their own birthday t-shirt. Activities may include cake cutting, birthday songs, opening of presents and more! Its all up to you!

5 Jump, Roll, Climb, Slide and Swing on your special day! These parties are designed for ages and will be supervised by your own Gymnastics Attendant(s). The first 45- minutes will include obstacle courses, games, parachutes, and lots of fun gymnastic activities. Along with all of this fun, children will learn different techniques including balance and coordination. For the last 45 minutes, you will enjoy cake, ice cream, beverages, and paper products in a decorated party room. Activities may include cake cutting, birthday songs, opening of presents and more! Its all up to you!

6 Odds and Ends Parties may be reserved M, W, and F from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Residents of the district may make reservations up three months ahead of the event; Non Residents may make reservations one month before the event. A $50.00 credit card deposit is required on the day you are making a reservation and is applied to the grand total. Full payment is due the day of your event, however, the minimum number of children that will be charged is six. After a party ends, the party must leave the facility. Payment of daily admission fees is required for readmittance. Parties will need to vacate the room promptly after the party has ended. Food is allowed to be brought into the party rooms. Adults are free unless they are actively participating in the party s activity. In which case the adult would need to pay the daily admission fee.
