7 WATER PARK Operations POOL OPERATIONS The Sidney Water Park is operated under the direction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Water Park Manager: Nate Bulle Assistant Water Park Manager: Adrianne Miller GENERAL RULES FOR YOUR SAFETY: 1. All patrons must pay to enter the water park. 2. No alcoholic beverages or glass containers permitted at the water park. 3. Lined bathing suits are required. No cut-off shorts or thongs permitted. 4. Food, drink and gum shall be allowed only in designated area. 5. Trash cans shall be provided and used by everyone. 6. Diving shall not be permitted in water less than 5 feet in depth. 7. Running and rough play shall not be permitted. 8. No smoking or vaping inside water park fence. 9. No balloons, gum or hard balls in water park. 10. No swearing, no vulgar language 11. No fighting, no stealing 12. During breaks, only adults 18 years of age and older and children 5 and under (who are accompanied by an adult) are allowed to swim. The baby pool must be cleared. 13. The baby pool is for children five years and under and must be

Provided that there has been no thunder or lightning in the area. If you see it, flee it! If you hear it, clear it! 16. Swim diapers must be worn by those that are not yet toilet trained. Diapers must be changed in the rest room only. 17. Prohibited use of photo/video equipment in all privacy areas of the water park. *Sidney Water Park formerly known as The Sidney Municipal Swimming Pool.
