1 Week 1 18 th December Setting the scene Making table decorations, getting ready for a big Christmas lunch Tuesday 19 th December SWIMMING 1pm 6:30pm Pick up from Gawler Aquatic 20 th December Christmas Lunch Cooking Christmas food White Christmas Roast lunch with Mint slice dessert Gingerbread men for Afternoon Tea **Dietary/Allergy requirements are considered** Thursday 21 st December Gawler Cinema Paddington Bear 2 Or Ferdinand Popcorn and Drink Deal $6 additional cost Friday 22 nd December Christmas Movie Marathon & Fort Making As well as Christmas cards and clay presents Tuesday: to Gawler Pool. Leaving at 12:30pm Sharp. The children will all need to wear a Rashie or T-shirt in the pool at all times. They will be wearing their OSHC hats when they are not in the water, however will not be required to wear them in the water. The children will be provided sunscreen multiple times throughout the day, if you wish to pack their own sunscreen they may apply this. They will all need a packed, Recess and Lunch NO HOT FOOD. It may be an idea to pack extra snacks for the children as they may get hungry throughout the day. They will also need a towel and a dry clothes to wear home. The children may wear thongs. : We are cooking lunch for all the children. They will be helping to prepare and then enjoy a full hot Christmas Lunch. If your child is a fussy eater, please pack extra lunch for them. NO HOT LUNCHES. Dietary/Allergy requirements are considered Thursday: Gawler Cinema Popcorn and Drink Deal, please let staff know what movie the children would like to see and which drink they would like if they are having the deal Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Lemonade, Sunkist, Solo or water. Leaving at 9am sharp Friday: The children can bring a pillow if they would like to relax and watch the movies or put them in their fort. Blankets and Sheet donations for the DAY are welcome

Friday 12 th Salty Art Salt bottles 3D salt painting Sand art and more Tuesday: If your child is under 8 they will be going to Bike Ed in the City for 2 hours of riding and learning the road rules. Bikes are provided.(max 35) If your child is 9 years or older they will be going to Pumpt, they will have 1 hour of riding the tracks, scooters and bikes are provided. (Max 45) ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE A HELMET NO HELMET NO RIDING. We are leaving at 9am sharp. : We are cooking up a storm, the children will be making their own ice cream and pasta (If your child won t eat this please remember to pack lunch.) NO HOT LUNCHES THIS DAY. Dietary/Allergy requirements are considered Thursday: We are swimming at the all day. The children may order lunch from the menu provided, by the 3 rd Jan (Cash only) and bring $5 spending money on the day. All children will require a change a named drink bottle, a towel and recess and extra snacks for the day. They do not have to wear a Rashie or T-shirt as the pool is indoors. They may wear thongs.

4 Week 4 Monday 15 th January Muck up Day It s a day to get messy; Whipped cream, paint and twister what do they all have in common MESS!!! Tuesday 16 th Adelaide Aquatic 17 th January Indoor Games Chair ball 4 corners Storm the lantern Rob the Nest Hungry Hipppos Thursday 18 th DIY DAY Make your own Pencil case Moneybox Design your own T-shirt (BYO T-shirt) Friday 19 th SHREK the Musical Theatre Production Plus play time at Catherine McCauley Lunch Provided Depart 9am Sharp Return by~3:30pm You will need: Depart 9am Return ~ 3pm Monday: Muck up Day is going to be messy, please wear clothes that can get messy, pack a change of clothes and bring a plastic bag to take home the messy clothes. Tuesday: Swimming at the Adelaide Aquatic. We will be leaving at 9am. Swimming until 2:00pm before we leave to return to OSHC. The children are allowed to purchase lunch however this needs to be pre-arranged, the children will need to pack lunch otherwise. Children will be allowed $5 to spend (above lunch) once they have eaten lunch foods. Students will need a change of clothes. They DON T need a T-Shirt to swim. Thursday: The children will have the opportunity to design and paint their own T-shirts. Please send children with a plain top (white is preferred). Friday: We are going to see Shrek the Musical at the Arts Theatre in Adelaide, we will then be visiting Catherine McCauley in Playford to play at their OSHC in their indoor and outdoor spaces. They are putting on a Hotdog lunch for us. We will then return to OSHC approximately 3pm for afternoon tea.

Children may bring a scooter, bike or skates to OSHC. : We have a water slide coming. The children will require bathers, a towel and a change if they want their own sunscreen they may bring it or it will be provided for them. We also have a beautician coming in to treat the children with a foot spa or nail art. Thursday: We are swimming at the all day.
