In this middle of this month in Muslim calendar known as Month of Ramadan where Muslim people in the world will do the fasting and prayer. Month of Ramadhan will be start on May and Month of Ramadhan will be end on June which known as Eid Mubarak (Idul Fitri). We wish you happy Fasting and May God Bless all of us in month of Ramadhan. Sincerely, Izaak S Leihitu General Manager 7. STORAGE The Building Management provides 5 (five) storages in each residential floor available for rent, on a first come first served basis. For availability, rules and charges, please contact Tenant Relations. Residents are not allowed to store or leave any objects whatsoever in the common area other than their own Units. If any particular object is left or stored outside their Unit, the Building Management will issue a warning letter to the Residents concerned. Thereafter, if that particular object is still left in the common area, the Building Management will remove that particular object at the expenses of the Resident concerned. Any confiscated item shall be subject to storage fee as determined by the Building Management for a maximum of 14 days safekeeping period after which the object shall be discarded without any prior notice to the Residents. Discarding of that particular object will be charged to Residents concerned.

3 10.1 NOISE DISTURBANCE Residents must refrain from any activity or boisterous acts that would disturb the peace and quiet of other Residents Radio, television and/or any other source of noise or music must not exceed normal sound levels at any time. Band instruments are not permitted to be played at all times Residents must ensure that their Visitors/drivers do not announce their arrival by blowing of the horn on their vehicle. SECURITY OF VEHICLES The following measures are recommended, as simple precautions and if you employ drivers, please inform and instruct them to observe The House Rules and Regulations as applicable : All windows and doors should be closed and locked when a vehicle is left unattended. Nothing of value should be left inside a vehicle. Park only in you allocated space. Residents must advise their drivers to hand over the access card to them after the vehicle is parked at their designated area and prior to the driver leaving the premises. Do not keep access cards inside your vehicle. Ensure your driver registers his personal details at the Building Management office. Inform the Building Management office immediately if your driver leaves your service. Inform the Building Management office when you are away on business or holiday and your vehicle wil be left in the apartment s car park.

As well as the health gains to be made by preventing chronic disease, the benefits include promoting mental wellbeing and social connections, increasing productivity, and positive changes to the environments we live and play in, such as reduced traffic congestion and safer neighbourhoods. We partner with sports personal trainer to create new opportunities for Residents to make physical activity such as Gym, Swimming, Yoga and Matt Pilates a part of their daily lives. 9 Make getting dressed fast and easy : Organize your closet in just a few easy steps. Clothing Closet Organizing Checklist 1. Edit your wardrobe. Take a look at your clothes and assess what you wear most, least or not at all. Donate the clothing you haven t worn in year or more. Manages Odds and Ends. Store bags, belts, ties, scarves and other accessories in plain sight on hooks or racks, which can be attached to the inside of your closet door.
