1 Description of the Chateau The Chateau de Varennes is belonging to the same aristocratic family for four centuries. The property has been fully revamped in the last three years by a team of famous interior designers who created luxury villas, fashion stores, restaurants and boutique hotels ( We also hired famous landscape designers for outdoor spaces ( The property is in perfect condition and fully equipped with high quality appliances in kitchens and bathrooms. Up to 28 guests can comfortably be accommodated in 17 bedrooms. The Chateau is only rented for exclusive events (weddings, corporate events and holiday rentals). As it is rented on an exclusive basis for a single group, there is no risk of meeting strangers in the property or being bothered by noise or any other disturbance. The Chateau is the perfect venue for seminars and corporate events. Besides the professional equipment provided for holding meetings, there are plenty of options for entertaining and team-building. A brand new heating has just been installed (the pool is also heated if necessary) and period furniture were reupholstered with contemporary fabrics. But we paid attention that all the rooms kept their unique charm. The Chateau was beautifully adorned with a magnificent extra-large pool built with the same Burgundy stone as the main building. All sorts of high-tech equipments are available (wireless broadband in all rooms, XL flat screen television sets with satellite access to English speaking channel, high quality sound systems, ipod stations, digital printers, XL screen for slide projectors ). Guests can also practice many outdoor activities in the property or close by (running, biking, hot air ballooning, water-skiing, wake-boarding, horse-riding, tennis, golfing, rafting ). Sightseeing, wine tasting (on-site or cellars/vineyards tours) and having superb food experience are our guests favorites when staying at our chateau. Burgundy is a wonderful region and the Chateau is located very close to the famous vineyards of Beaune/Cotes de Nuits. Our chefs prepare yummy food and can teach you the secrets of French and fusion cuisine.
