Then drop off the receipts in the HGO mail slot (Room 156). To ensure speedy process, please ensure: the receipt is original, itemized, and in English (credit card slips are not accepted) remember to approve your own reimbursement request (and also remind your SPEC member to approve your request, if urgent) for GSC-sponsored events, please include an event poster containing the GSC logo and a printout of the MIT calendar indicating the event was publicized Transactions typically take 1-2 weeks to process. s will be sent out when the check is ready for pickup at the Student Center.
