Over the last 12 months we have grown our delegation, enabling us to set landmark figures for our delegation first in March and then again in October, this clearly shows that confidence is returning to the property industry and that it is at an all-time high in the City Region. It s extremely encouraging to see so many investment opportunities in Leeds City Region, including some of the larger projects currently on site and in the pipeline gathering global interest. The collaboration between industry and civic leaders on display at MIPIM during 2015 affirms to me that we are on the right path to achieving extraordinary growth in our City Region, it s important to remember this is just the beginning. So I d like to invite you to join myself and senior colleagues from across the Leeds City Region at MIPIM 2016 and help us to show why Leeds City Region is a critical part of the Northern Powerhouse economic transformation agenda for national advantage.
