The event attracts a total attendance in the order of 180,000 across the six days, including exhibitors from the international aerospace industry and government, commercial aviation, military, scientific and trade delegates. This highly visible branding opportunity is one of the most sought after sponsorship packages available at the Airshow. Company logo must be reverse white to be displayed on a generic blue lanyard. No other logo will be on the lanyard other than AVALON CONFERENCE CENTRE $30,000 Sponsorship of the Conference precinct will put your company name, logo and signage before thousands of conference delegates and visitors. Starting with the Official Opening, the conference precinct will host over 20 official speaking events; sponsor signage will be prominently displayed throughout and the centre which is positioned on the main thoroughfare from the front entrance. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with a key target audience. l Graphics on the exterior and interior of the Conference Centre DELEGATIONS LOUNGE $30,000 Operating as the base for various Austrade and Defence official delegations, the Delegations Lounge is a meeting and rest stop where the most influential visitors to the Airshow gather throughout the event. A refreshment bar is located within the lounge and theses important trade visitors also have access to information and a work desk. Sponsoring the Delegations Lounge ensures your company s branding is seen by the decision-makers attending the Airshow target audience.

4 CAR PARK & PASSES $30,000 The AVALON 2019 car park will hold over 10,000 vehicles each day of the event, including VIP, corporate and official support vehicles. The 2017 show attracted over 400 accredited journalists, photographers and news gatherers from 14 countries. The Media Centre is air conditioned, fully furnished and provides journalists with the perfect environment in which to prepare reports, edit copy and network with other journalists. The sponsor receives signage strategically placed on the Media Centre announcing the area is Sponsored By your company with an accompanying full-colour logo. VISITOR REGISTRATION FACILITY $25,000 All Trade Visitors, Accredited Media, Conference Delegates and Exhibitors collect their accreditation in the Visitor Registration Facility. Branding this facility with your corporate signage reaches tens of thousands of industry professionals. Your company name and logo will appear on the walls behind the registration issue points and signage leading to the Visitor Registration Facility. Sponsors of this facility are also required to provide at least 500 branded pens for use in the Visitor Registration Facility, and Flight Crew reception area.

6 INNOVATION PROGRAM $15,000 The organisers of AVALON 2019 have long been supporters of Australian innovators. The program includes a Pitchfest and Innovation Awards program, often headed by a prominent member of Parliament. The program takes place at the Innovation Theatrette, located centrally within the exhibition halls. The theatrette seats 60 people, and hosts presentations throughout the trade days. This retail precinct filled with Drones, Cameras and Hi Tech products and dedicated exhibitions - drone flying demonstrations and seminars, is a hive of activity for three full days. In 2017 the Drone Zone attracted thousands of buyers excited to see the latest technology, learn how to fly a drone, where to obtain pilot training and attend seminars on Drone Photography, Drones in Business and Drones in Agriculture. Our small business precinct provides collective resources, such as meeting rooms, business directories and business advisors; enabling them to compete on the same level as larger businesses. A popular stopping point for senior political and military figures, sponsorship of the Australian SME Precinct is a smart move for companies looking to elevate their brand to the highest levels, and to support Australian industry. 7 FLIGHT ZONE $10,000 The flight zone sponsorship encompasses branding of facilities relating to the reception of flight crews and private pilots over the period of the AVALON 2019 airshow. This includes exposure to international military flying and static display aircraft, commercial exhibition aircraft, flying clubs and private pilots who use the Avalon East landing strip.
