4 The Trade Fair Institution of the Canary Islands (INFECAR) is an active member of the the Gran Canaria Convention Bureau, the Spanish Association of Trade Fairs (AFE), the Spanish Association of Conference Cent res (APCE), the International Association of American Trade Fairs (AFIDA), the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), and World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). What s more, it is a meeting point for economic and promotion activities, aiming to meet corporate needs. This emblematic venue offers four spacious pavilions, a conference centre with multi-purpose rooms, two large parking areas and landscaped gardens. INFECAR is endowed with magnificent installations, loca ted in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and it is extremely well-connected with the rest of the island. 26 Rates include: The rental of equipment throughout the event and the day before mounting Removing and installing equipment on stand Maintenance and replacement in the event of breakdown Wiring that does not require integration of the elementsin the decoration of the stand. Should you require such services, they will be covered in a separate quotation. The deadline for receiving ordering forms is September 24th. Forms received after this deadline will be processed subject to availability of materials and transport. These rates will be increased by 30 % on the list price. All rates in this manual are VAT exclusive. Applicable VAT will be added.
