3 Welcome Dear guests, Thank you for your interest in our venue. From seminars to exclusive occasions, Mühlheimer Bürgerhaus GmbH, the operator of the, offers the ideal setting for your event. Our banquet brochure provides a quick and easy overview of everything our venue has to offer. The following pages contain all of the information you need to plan your business or private event: Premises, fittings and furnishings, technical facilities, food and drink. We look forward to working with you and helping to make your event a success.

5 Location of the The hall is situated in attractive grounds on the banks of the River Main, giving guests plenty of opportunity to stretch their legs during a break. The extensive site has almost 300 paved parking spaces, including a sufficient number of reserved spaces for people with disabilities. The fairground area offers a further 5,000 square metres of parking as required. Distances Frankfurt: 15 km/approx. 25 min. Frankfurt Airport: 35 km/approx. 25 min. Offenbach: 8 km/approx. 15 min. Hanau: 6 km/approx. 8 min.
6 Main Hall and Small Hall of the The offers an event space of 550 square metres in the Main Hall and the Small Hall. In combination with the foyer, you can have a total of 1,000 square metres at your disposal. The space benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to the extensive window façades in the foyer and the Main Hall. In terms of maximum capacity, we can offer the following seating arrangements: Theatre seating: 568 people Table seating: 600 people Parliament-style seating: 330 people Gala seating: 480 people You can view our seating plans at
7 Foyer and Entrance An inviting entrance: The foyer, with a floor space of over 400 square metres, overlooks the park surrounding the. It features an integral bar with drinks refrigerators. The foyer is more than just an entrance hall. It can be used for receptions, exhibitions, or even family celebrations for up to 100 guests. A cloakroom for over 600 people is located in the basement. The also ensures a warm welcome. The entrance area and the hall itself are fully accessible, as are the bathrooms.
8 Training and Meeting Rooms The ground floor of the wing, accessed via a separate entrance on the left-hand side of the building, is home to our meeting rooms. Guests can enjoy wonderful views of the extensive green areas around the building and the banks of the River Main. The larger room ( Mühlheimer Zimmer ) is suitable for conferences and training sessions involving up to 50 people, as well as various types of course. The smaller room ( Dietesheimer Zimmer ) holds up to 25 people. At around 140 square metres, the meeting rooms are also suitable for smaller exhibitions. And once business is done for the day, you can relax at our league-standard nine-pin bowling alley with professional players on hand to provide instruction as required.
9 Celebrate in grand style Relax and leave all the work to us. We will be happy to arrange and decorate our facilities exactly as you wish. Your guests will want for nothing, especially when it comes to our generous dining and dance floor facilities. Thanks to the variable combination of our halls, they will have plenty of room to dance the night away. In total, we can offer you 1,000 square metres of space for a maximum capacity of 468 people. Chair and table covers give our location an elegant touch.
10 Conferences & Presentations We are the ideal location for trade fairs, meetings and conferences. Large meetings and conferences are held in our impressive hall, which consists of two different-sized rooms covering a total of 550 square metres. High ceilings and pleasant lighting ensure a comfortable ambience. The hall has a capacity of between 330 and 568 people depending on the seating plan. By including the foyer, you can almost double the available event space to 1,000 square metres. We will be happy to advise you on seating and podium arrangements. You can also take advantage of our height-adjustable stage. Our hall boasts excellent acoustics and lighting. You can rely on our event technicians and state-of-the-art technology. The hall has a power supply for connections up to 125 amperes.
11 Catering We are happy to help our guests find the right caterer. We recommend the restaurant Zum Forsthaus - local and carbon-neutral - but you are more than welcome to use your caterer of choice.

14 Getting Here By car: Exiting at the Hanauer Kreuz interchange (A3/A45), the is just seven sets of traffic lights or ten minutes drive away (with green wave traffic light coordination). The walk from the entrance to the furthest of our 280 paved parking spaces, which are free to use, is 300 metres. The S-Bahn provides direct rail connections from the location to Frankfurt and Hanau central stations and Frankfurt Airport.
