2 Why the Coral Sea Resort Whitsundays? The Coral Sea Resort is nestled on the edge of the magnificent Great Barrier Reef and the 74 Island wonders that surround it. Located on the mainland in Airlie Beach, we are within a 25 minute drive to the two local airports and ferry terminals that deliver you to the breathtaking sands of Whitehaven beach. The resort town of Airlie Beach is a 300 metre flat stroll to 30 restaurants, bars and eclectic resort shopping. Tiger Airlines offer direct flights from Melbourne and Sydney to Proserpine, as well as daily services with Jetstar and Virgin Blue with direct flights from Brisbane. From Proserpine there is a short 30 minute transfer to Coral Sea Resort, transfers can be booked through the hotel. Hamilton Island Airport is serviced daily by Virgin Blue and Jetstar from all major centres, direct flights are available from both Sydney and Brisbane. From the airport there is a 40 minute scenic ferry transfer through the Whitsunday islands to the resort.

3 Facilities The Nautilus conference room has the ability to cater for up to 200 delegates with a spacious terrace area to the side overlooking the Coral Sea, an ideal location for delegates to recharge during the day. Whether it be a training session, presentation or private function we can cater for all of your needs, with various venues to hold welcome drinks or a gala dinner, you will amaze your delegates with the stunning views and sunsets that we have to offer. 5 Sample Itinerary Customized To Your Individual Requirements DAY ONE Arrival Arriving into Proserpine or Hamilton Island Airport on the afternoon flight and take the short transfer via bus or ferry to the Coral Sea Resort. Upon arrival guests will be met by a hotel representative to then check in. Cocktail & BBQ Evening Guests to congregate on the Oceanfront Lawn area for welcome drinks & canapés, network viewing the spectacular sunset over the stunning Coral Sea. Follow this with an informal BBQ Buffet. DAY TWO Morning Breakfast will be located in the Clipper restaurant overlooking the Ocean. Choose from the continental tropical buffet or a fully cooked hot buffet. Full Day Delegate Package This will provide your guests with morning tea and afternoon tea being served on the terrace area over looking Pioneer Bay. A sit down lunch will be served in our Clipper restaurant. Alternatively select one of the many activities available for your group to take part in listed on our Activities page that can all be booked from the hotel. Evening Guests to congregate in the lounge area of the Clipper Bar for pre dinner drinks followed by a themed three course alternate selection gala dinner in the Nautilus room. During the night take a moment to escape to the terrace area to view the spectacular view over the bay of Airlie.

6 Sample Itinerary DAY THREE Morning Breakfast will be located in the restaurant overlooking the Ocean. Choose from the continental tropical buffet or a fully cooked hot buffet. Half Day Delegate Package Your choice of morning tea will be served on the terrace area over looking Airlie Beach. Afternoon Activity - take an exciting & thrilling ride out on Ocean Rafting to Whitehaven beach where lunch will be served on the famous Whitehaven sands. Before heading back to the resort, take a snorkeling break to experience the beautiful fringing reef. Evening Upon return to the resort head to the Jetty where a seafood buffet will be waiting and a fully stocked bar! DAY FOUR Morning Breakfast will be located in the Clipper restaurant overlooking the Ocean. Choose from the continental tropical buffet or a fully cooked hot buffet. Half Day Delegate Package Your choice of morning tea will be served on the terrace area over looking Airlie Beach. Lunch can be served either in the restaurant or packed away for delegates to take with them. Depart the resort.

7 Venues Jetty Coral Sea Resort has the luxury of our own private Jetty which can be facilitated for your welcome drinks/gala dinners or private meetings. Lawn Area Cocktails or BBQ on our exclusive lawn area and appreciate the stunning sunsets from across the waters, a perfect way to end your first day conferencing. Clipper Restaurant Dine in our award winning open air, absolute Oceanfront A La Carte restaurant, accompanied by a live band and finish your event with a night to remember. Nautilus Room For something more formal, the air conditioned Nautilus room is the ideal venue for your Gala Dinner. A dance floor & internal PA system can be provided for the nights proceedings. Give it that wow factor and provide a themed event that we can decorate for your group.

8 Accommodation Accommodation at Coral Sea Resort is comprised of a range of newly refurbished hotel suites, superior apartments and luxury penthouses. All our accommodation is serviced daily with the full range of facilities and inclusions expected of a boutique hotel of this quality and standard. Rates Special Rates apply to mid week bookings and are only valid when booked direct with the resort. Run of House Prices range from $ per night, single occupancy *conditions apply and includes full breakfast for one person. Run of House rooms are allocated at the resorts discretion upon the delegates arrival at the resort. Please see you re personalised quotation at the back of the information kit. Breakfast Our accommodation rates are extremely competitive and will either include a tropical or fully cooked breakfast served daily in the Clipper restaurant. We can organise for breakfast to be served early if that fits in better with your conference timings or day activities. FOC & Upgrade Policy For every twenty rooms booked, one night accommodation will be awarded free of charge if a minimum of two nights are booked at the Coral Sea Resort. One upgrade will be provided for every 10 accommodation rooms booked (subject to availability).

Bay View Spa Suite x 18 Located on the oceanfront. Featuring a large balcony, a queen size bed, high-speed internet, and an internal spa bath with timber louvers opening into the bedroom with ocean views. Coral Sea Spa Suite x 21 Built on the absolute oceanfront, the Coral Sea Spa Suite features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, high speed internet, a luxurious outdoor balcony spa and double hammock overlooking the magnificent ocean views. 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments x 4 The Self Contained Beach House Apartments feature a full kitchen and laundry, high speed internet, spacious lounge and dining area opening onto a large balcony with either bay or garden views. 2 & 3 Bedroom Penthouses x 5 The two bedroom penthouses have an outdoor balcony spa directly overlooking the oceanfront.
