AN AIRPORT THAT HAS PASSENGER COMFORT IN MIND Planning in a single click You can plan and organise your arrival at the airport using the airport s website and mobile app. These two methods can be used to check current flights in real time, parking space availability, security checkpoint waiting times, traffic information and any warning messages. Reservation and subscription parking is also available. This allows passengers to park near the terminal, however full the car parks are, and for them to leave the airport quickly upon their return. Live security checkpoint waiting times Screens, which are situated at the entrances of the two access points, display the estimated time it will take to go through the security checkpoints for each of the access points in Hall B or Hall D. This allows passengers to choose the quickest way to access the departure lounge. Proxiparks are also equipped with screens so that they can select the quickest route to their flight from the outset. A helping hand or more independence Toulouse-Blagnac Airport offers Airport Helpers to welcome passengers. This concept came from our intention to be a more welcoming airport for passengers, taking a service-oriented approach, shared by the staff of companies at the airport. Employees who put themselves forward work closely with passengers and can therefore give them information or guide them, and are regularly briefed on this approach. Quick, self-service check-ins Any airline which requests to do so may offer this service. unlimited and free Within the airport, Wi-Fi is free for everyone, with easy and unlimited connection. Perfect for continuing to work before your flight, while seated in one of the dedicated spaces provided in the halls. Comprehensive range of services tailored to families A wide variety of services are available to families. Highly-valued and well-used, they have been awarded the Family Plus label: baby areas, self-service pushchairs, children s menus in the restaurants and security checkpoints just for families, during the major holiday periods
AN AIRPORT THAT HAS PASSENGER COMFORT IN MIND Shops for all tastes In the public area or in the boarding areas, passengers can enjoy a wide range of shops and services, open 7 days a week. There are cafés and restaurants, car rental companies, and shops selling perfume, cosmetics, jewellery, press, stationery, electronics, fashion accessories, regional products, sweets, and more. The newest shops are Fnac, the Relay-Casino combi store (press and snacks), Kusmi Tea (selling tins of tea), Gold Car (car rental company), Mademoiselle Vernis (manicure). Pop-up stores regularly appear during the major holiday periods, responding to the latest consumer trends. Focus on services for business travellers To facilitate and enhance the smoothness of business passenger flow, Toulouse- Blagnac Airport has introduced a new Premium fast track at the security checkpoint for frequent flyers. This fast-track route enables passengers, especially business travellers for whom time spent in the airport is a determining factor, to save valuable minutes when accessing the boarding area. Workspaces equipped with electrical sockets and tablet computers that have been set up in the Hall C public area, as well as in the departure lounges in Halls B and D, make the wait a little more pleasant for business customers. La Croix du Sud airlines lounge This lounge over two levels offers all the necessary services and comfort to make waiting less of a chore. There are refreshments, national and international press, TV channels (in French and English), a free Wi-Fi connection, and office equipment. Soft lighting, an atmosphere of quiet refinement, modern design and total comfort; with the La Croix du Sud lounge, the airport invites its passengers to escape for a moment. A unique place to take a real break before catching the plane. A lively space With trendy seating, tree-lined waiting areas, cosier restaurant areas, free Wi-Fi, internet kiosks, bank ATMs and currency exchange, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport proudly provides practical services and comfortable waiting areas. The airport has set up various exhibition spaces for passengers to enjoy. Visitors can take their time looking at contemporary works of art from the Abattoirs museum in Toulouse

Toulouse-Blagnac Airport offers drivers comfort and peace of mind, with an online booking system, available on the website and the mobile app. Exclusive offers enhance the appeal of this service. Available in the P1, P2, P3 and P6 car parks Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is actively working with local authorities to introduce more ways to access the airport and to improve public transport services, for passengers and the airport s 4,500 employees. The arrival of the T2 tram line in April 2015 is one of our major advances. This new line linking the airport to Toulouse city centre, has been the driving force behind the creation of a real multimodal hub, with five bus connections, which expand the airport network. Development is also under way for environmentally-friendly transport access, for bicycles for example. In 2017, the first bus company, Flixbus, set up at the airport and serves Montpellier daily. An express connection with the TAE underground rail line Toulouse-Blagnac Airport will be connected to Tisséo TAE (Toulouse Aerospace Express) underground rail line via a connection at Jean Maga station. Departing every 5 minutes. Date of inauguration:
STRATEGIC PLAN NEW HORIZONS, IMPROVED PERFORMANCE THE 8 MILLION PASSENGERS MILESTONE EXCEEDED IN 2016 Become the key airport platform in southern Europe. This ambition is the inspiration behind the Grand Ciel+ strategic plan, concrete evidence of the project managed by the new shareholder of ATB, Casil Europe: more routes to Europe and the rest of the world, a desire for economic diversification, development of the airport s commercial offer, welcoming innovative services, and putting customer satisfaction at the heart of its commitment. Large-scale projects have been launched in 2017, which address these challenges. Find out about them on the following pages. 1 VISION PERFORMANCE AND EXCELLENCE FOR THE REGION, CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS 3STRATEGIC FOCAL POINTS > OPTIMISE SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURES > IMPROVE ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE > BE A RESPONSIBLE AIRPORT THAT HELPS DEVELOP OUR REGION SCHEDULED DOMESTIC TRAFFIC 4,559,288 PASSENGERS (+ 2.6%) Top 15 destinations in 2016 (in terms of passenger numbers) 1 Paris Orly 2,358,852 2 Paris Charles-de-Gaulle 891,451 3 Lyon 370,937 SCHEDULED INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC 3,296,186 PASSENGERS (+ 10.5%) 9 Nantes 204, Madrid 199, Lille 198,885 4VALUES > EXEMPLARITY > CUSTOMER-ORIENTED APPROACH > OPEN-MINDEDNESS > COMMITMENT TO PROJECTS 4 London Gatwick 275,323 5 Amsterdam 272,327 6 London Heathrow 257,914 7 Frankfurt 224,535 8 Munich 208, Brussels 163, Nice 155, Rome-Fiumicino 149, Strasbourg 132,

PLANS FOR NEW ROUTES Europe and low-cost Low-cost airlines are expanding the departure options from Toulouse by opening various new routes to European regional capitals. Their economic model, based on low prices, makes it possible to reach a larger customer base. For airport teams in charge of route openings, working closely with these airlines, the priority geographical areas for expansion are: - Northern Europe: Scandinavia, Iceland, United Kingdom, etc. - Eastern Europe: Poland, Hungary, Romania, etc. Consolidating routes to hubs (Paris Charles-De-Gaulle, Amsterdam, London Heathrow, etc.) is also a major challenge: these hubs provide the Occitania region with access to economic markets and tourist areas across the globe, due to the connections they offer. Long-haul routes The airport is working on opening long-haul routes to three regions in the world: CHINA AND JAPAN Creating a route to China and Japan will first of all focus on the opening of an incoming seasonal charter flight, which will establish Toulouse as a gateway to Southern Europe. This route would eventually be replaced by a year-round scheduled route. UNITED STATES The plan to open a route between Toulouse and the United States, as either a charter or scheduled flight, focuses on the city of New York due to the volume of potential passenger flows between these two cities. As a scheduled route, New York will offer a hub to connect to the whole American continent. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES The airport wants to connect Toulouse to one of the three international hubs in the Gulf countries: Doha, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. A connection that will provide easier access to the major destinations in Asia, Australia and Africa
2018: THREE MAJOR STRUCTURAL PROJECTS FOR THE FUTURE Toulouse-Blagnac Airport has launched a major project to expand and redesign the terminal in order to provide its passengers with the services of a large international airport, and to adapt to increases in traffic. With a large shopping area, a new security checkpoint system, the creation of a boarding jetty, and the construction of a 4-star hotel directly linked to Hall A, etc., the airport is entering a new dimension. A larger, more welcoming Hall D A 2,500 m 2 area will be created to accommodate all security checkpoints leading to the departure lounge in one place. As they exit, passengers will walk through a 5,000 m 2 shopping area, which will offer a range of shops that is vastly superior to the existing one, for a bit of shopping before boarding. They will be able to move around a spacious shopping area, interspersed with stands and shops. They will also be able to enjoy very comfortable facilities to help them unwind, and a new restaurant area. From this area, passengers will have direct access to all boarding gates for the halls. Operational launch: winter 2018 Budget: 20m Optimised passenger flow More spacious and with a focus on comfort, the passenger flow has been redesigned to ensure fast access to the boarding gates from the security checkpoints in Hall D. Moving walkways will help facilitate passenger flows. The future shopping area KARDHAM The new restaurant area KARDHAM 26 27
2018: MAJOR STRUCTURAL PROJECTS FOR THE FUTURE The boarding area of the Hall A jetty AIA Architectes A boarding jetty for Hall A The airport will extend its infrastructure in Hall A to address the strong growth in low-cost traffic and to meet the needs of regional airlines. A 2,500 m 2 jetty will be built in this extension, with five walk-on/ walk-off boarding gates for direct access to the tarmac and to reach the aircraft parked nearest to the hall. Operational launch: spring 2018 Budget: 10m A hotel connected to the airport Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is implementing a property diversification policy, and will build a hotel directly linked to the airport. NH Hotel Group, the hotel partner selected further to the call for tender, and which is new to the local market, will run the hotel. 4 STARS **** 148 ROOMS 1,000 m 2 OF MEETING ROOMS FITNESS CENTRE + SAUNA LARGE BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA Opening: spring 2018 Budget: 20m Hall A jetty AIA Architectes The future 4* hotel NH
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: ATB HAS MADE A COMMITMENT Looking ahead does not just mean envisaging infrastructure designed for the air traffic of the future. It is also about offering a business that is integrated into its region, takes care of its environment and provides growth that benefits as many people as possible. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport reflects this desire in its projects. 100% renewable energy Since 2016, the electricity supplied to the airport is 100% from renewable sources. As part of the Carbon Accreditation action plan, this purchase of "clean" energy from EDF will have a major impact on ATB's greenhouse gas emissions, as electricity is its main source of emissions. A solar power plant at the P2 car park A solar power plant will be built at the P2 car park in 2017, in partnership with ARMOGREEN, as part of a national call for projects from the French Energy Regulation Committee. Expected production is 1,100 MWh/year, i.e., approximately the amount of electricity consumed by the car parks. Initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions Faced with the challenges of air quality and the fight against greenhouse gases, ATB is uniting all players at the airport. Joint work has been launched to: achieve the objectives set for airports under the French energy transition law, in terms of improving air quality and managing greenhouse gas emissions; prepare for level 3 of Airport Carbon Accreditation, awarded by ACI Europe (Airports Council International Europe) to airports committed to managing their carbon emissions. ATB, partner to projects on energy transition in the region HYPORT PROJECT The Occitania region launched the HyPort project in the context of a national call for "Hydrogen Region" projects which has the following objectives: designing and installing hydrogen ecosystems that are economically viable and sustainable in airport zones; developing a research, industrial and economic activity around hydrogen; managing and developing the hydrogen ecosystem so as to replicate it at other (air)port sites; in addition to airports, supporting the development of other strategic pillars identified for the region: green tourism, biohydrogen, development of renewable energy and energy storage. DEMETER PROJECT (DEMonstrator of Engagement from Territories regarding Emission Reductions) Launched by the City of Toulouse, this project brings together various initiatives to reduce the airport's energy consumption, contaminant emissions and resource consumption. A few examples: the installation of a smart lighting system at the airport; the pooling of Company Travel Plans or the "Air" component of impact studies; the development and experimentation of an "Aviation" biofuel network in France, which aims to make Toulouse-Blagnac the first French airport to be fuelled by biokerosene. The airport is to produce honey In cooperation with a local bee keeper, 40 hives have been set up at the airport in Goal: One bee per passenger at the airport. This project is to help protect biodiversity, one of the components of the Grand Ciel + strategic plan. The airport is a partner, from setting up the hives to selling the honey produced by the bees
