The nine meeting rooms and two theatres offer spacious designs with natural lighting that are well-appointed with block out blinds for extra privacy and dedicated areas for catering. Featuring integrated technology, all rooms offer a range of audio visual equipment. The theatres incorporate assisted hearing loop, digital audio systems for speech reinforcement, data projector and motorised projection screen. CATERING Canberra Airport has engaged preferred catering suppliers for the provision of catering required within its meeting facilities. A list of our approved catering suppliers will be made available to you on request. PARKING Ample parking is available and regular bus services operate from each precinct location.
