3 The Grand Lounge This cabaret style venue exudes all the glitz and glam of a by-gone-era and offers a grand stage from which to host performances, speeches and presentations. The vibrant red chairs and carpeting - combined with the velvet curtaining for privacy make for a one-of-its-kind backdrop in Dubai. Theatre by QE2 The original theatre offers a fantastic space to host a variety of events. Accommodating up to 515 people, the venue can be hired as a venue for press conferences, corporate events or social shows - with bespoke shows curated by Out of the Box Events. Adjacent to the theatre is the Crystal Bar serving a wide selection of pre, interval and post-event beverages and snacks. As the only licensed theatre in Dubai, visitors can also enjoy a drink during the show from the comfort of the plush velvet seats. The Chart Room The Chartroom bar is one of the QE2 s original evening spots and has been tenderly restored to its former beauty complete with antique furniture. It s also an ideal pre-function space for a larger event in the Queens Room. Queens Grill This quintessential venue recaptures the true essence of vintage Britain and offers an intimate venue for a large dinner delegation. Once frequented by members of the royal family, the restaurant boasts a large central sunken space surrounded by elevated open spaces for a variety of table configurations. 6 The QE2 Conference Centre Authentic, spacious and complete with the nautical elegance of the QE2 s former years - the QE2 Conference Centre is a unique setting from which to host your corporate meeting or event. Two boardrooms can accommodate up to 15 people in each whilst a selection of meeting rooms can seat up to 50 - making it the perfect location for a single or multi-functional business gathering. Lightly decorated and named after the world s oceans the meeting and boardrooms are adorned with the latest in audio-visual technology and many of the rooms have original porthole windows peering out into the city or surrounding waters below. A large break out area cladded in original wood panelling presents ample space for coffee breaks, working lunches and informal catchups - complete with a games console room for a bit of competitive comradery amongst colleagues. An interactive kitchen is also available and the ideal venue for team building exercises or cooking classes. The diamond in the crown of the QE2 Conference Centre is the outdoor area. This unexplored space, formerly the AFT Mooring Station, retains its maritime charm and offers mesmerising views of the marina and emerald waters below. It s an idyllic location for an after-event networking session or cocktail party.
