We can assist with stand design, registration facilities, IT solutions, catering, security staff, cleaning, decoration, host staff and more. FOOD AND BEVERAGE FOR YOUR EVENT Delicious quality with a focus on sustainability At Bella Center Copenhagen, we ensure that you always enjoy a delectable experience of the highest quality when you order catering for your event. We offer everything from New Nordic, such as Scapas (Scandinavian Tapas), to Nordic classics, plated service, buffets and entertaining, alternative packages in special materials. If you have any special requests, we will gladly develop custom solutions for your event. This requires a strong Food & Beverage team. Therefore, we have teamed up with talented staff, who posses extensive experience and insight into the latest trends in the fastmoving culinary world. Our Food & Beverage team can offer a wide diverse range of solutions based on a broad culinary palette. We follow the seasonal supply of foods and constantly aim to find sustainable food and beverage solutions, as we believe that sustainability is good business and ensures better culinary quality, while also helping to take better care of the environment and people. Our many initiatives include efforts to find delicious organic products and to buy from local producers, thereby reducing transport and protecting the environment.
4 SECURITY Extensive expertise in security solutions for all types of events The Security and Risk Management department at Bella Center Copenhagen serves an all-round function, providing security solutions for all types of events. CONTACT INFORMATION Manager, Security & Risk Management Martin Stuchly at We focus on minimising risks and optimising our solution strategies to create a secure, productive and worry-free environment. Our 24-hour on-site security staff are ready to handle any unwanted and unforeseen situation so that events can continue uninterrupted. To adapt our service to customers needs, we can offer the following 24-hour security services as a supplement to our standard solutions: access control and surveillance by uniformed or plain-clothes guards, first aid by trained doctors, special high security service and VIP and individual protection. Our staff has great adaptability and is thus ready to handle all types of threats. They will always strive to ensure that you have a positive and unproblematic experience, and that your products are secure, when you use our facilities and are on our premises in connection with an event. 5 DIGITAL SERVICES High quality and the newest IT and AV solutions AV production is the backbone of most conferences and events. To ensure a successful production and flawless integration with other aspects of a given event, Bella Center Copenhagen has its own integrated in-house AV department. Our dedicated product managers and AV technicians strive to deliver the best productions for both large and small events.
