The exhibition site is located in the city centre, with a wide selection of outstanding restaurants and hotels in the immediate vicinity. The exhibition hall designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron of Basel was brought into operation in 2013 and combines functionality and aesthetics in an ideal manner. The square metre exhibition site takes in five modern hall complexes, a multi-functional Event Hall, the Congress Center Basel with 25 congress and conference rooms and its own Musical Theater. The Congress Center offers its international, national and local customers 25 multifunctional rooms, the latest in technology, plus customised service from the concept right through to the staging of events of all types. The life sciences are a key topic for the congress business in Basel, while corporate occasions such as general meetings and employee events represent another major line of business. Behind the extensive glass frontage, which forms part of the spatial transparency of the new hall complex by Herzog & de Meuron, the Event Hall provides space for up to people. The transparent building facade can be closed off by means of a mobile wall. The Event Hall is linked directly to the Congress Center Basel via the walkway. A unique inscription system with a 112-metre-long LED strip can be customised for individual events. The Event Hall is equipped with basic, state-of-the-art technical facilities. 10 Beaulieu Lausanne The Beaulieu Lausanne exhibition and congress site is located in the heart of French-speaking Switzerland. Beaulieu Lausanne includes Expo Beaulieu Lausanne, with some m 2 exhibition space, Congrès Beaulieu Lausanne, holding up to people and the Théâtre Beaulieu Lausanne, the biggest theatre in Switzerland, which seats Expo Beaulieu takes in three hall complexes the South Hall inaugurated in Spring 2011, the North Hall, and the rooms in the main building (Congrès Beaulieu Lausanne). The modern, pillar-free South Hall, in particular, is ideal for staging big events in addition to exhibitions. The halls can be readily adapted to any type of event, giving it an exclusive character. 14 Messe Zurich Messe Zurich has some square metres of exhibition space located in a compact exhibition building and divided up Theater 11 Halls 9.1 and 9.2 Car park Halls 1 7 over a total of nine exhibition halls. Whether you are organising a trade fair, an exhibition, a congress, a general meeting or an event: Messe Zurich has just the right infrastructure for your occasion. The individual rooms can be combined as required. Deliveries to the halls are made directly and without any problems via access ramps which will take big and bulky exhibits too. Alongside the halls, exhibitors and visitors can avail themselves of generously-dimensioned conference rooms, flooded with daylight and offering optimum access to the halls.
