Be it a business meeting in one of our 18 executive boxes or an international exhibition for several thousand guests, we can provide you with a unique, flexible setting for your event. Located just eight miles from Bristol Airport, and a mile from the city centre, Ashton Gate is an outstanding state-of-the-art venue. A horseshoe-shaped concourse links the three main stands, there is more than five thousand square metres of floor space available and our flagship Lansdown Suite can host nearly a thousand guests for dinner with uninterrupted sightlines. 3 LANSDOWN SUITE T aking its name from Ashton Gate s owner Stephen Lansdown CBE, we are very proud to unveil our grandest space The Lansdown Suite. The Lansdown Suite is situated in the iconic Lansdown Stand with the capacity to hold 1,000 people theatre-style or 850 for a dinner, making it one of the largest and most sought-after meeting and events spaces in the South West. With no obstructions or pillars it creates the perfect venue for a variety of events including conferences, exhibitions, exams, annual dinners, large private parties and wedding receptions. The Lansdown Suite can be divided into three equal-sized rooms making it a versatile space, each benefiting from an inbuilt screen and projector. With floor to ceiling windows running the length of one side of the room and direct access to the stands for picture opportunities of the pitch this really creates the wow factor for your event. 5 EXECUTIVE BOXES F or sports fans or anyone looking for a meeting room that is truly unique in Bristol our executive boxes are ideal. There are 18 individual boxes situated on the third floor of the Landsown Stand, each offering fantastic floor-toceiling views of the pitch and a private balcony. These are the stadium s premier hospitality suites and will give your event a very special atmosphere, even on a non-matchday the views are spectacular. Single Double 12 / / 20 8 / 24 The executive boxes are ideal for smaller-sized board meetings, syndicate rooms, assessment centres, interviews or private lunches / dinners. Your box is your own personal space to entertain your guests or host your meeting, which means you can decorate it according to your event or theme. Eight of the executive boxes open out to create four double-sized boxes seating up to 20 in a boardroom or 40 for a banquet. 6 DIRECTORS BOX he Directors Box is the most exclusive of our hospitality areas. It is four-times the size of T our individual boxes and is ideal for luxury corporate dining events, smaller intimate parties or cocktail/canapé receptions. Located on the half-way line with its own balcony overlooking the pitch, there is also access to the Directors Lounge Bar, situated opposite it is a great break-out space or reception area. The Directors Box also lends itself perfectly to hosting board meetings; seminars; networking or training sessions with its built-in LED screens, natural daylight, air conditioning and the option to be partitioned into three sections, creating two syndicate spaces in the main room. 7 DOLMAN LOUNGES ituated in the South Stand, our four Dolman Lounges are identical in size, S benefitting from access onto a shared balcony with spectacular views over the pitch. All four rooms are ideal for medium sized meetings, breakout groups or private dining and can seat 40 theatre-style or up to 48 guests for a banquet with the option to have a bar available for private or corporate celebrations. The central rooms, Dolman Lounge 2 & 3, can be opened into one larger space accommodating 120 theatre-style or up to 90 guests for a banquet. Each Dolman Lounge offers natural daylight, air conditioning, plenty of power points, fitted LED screens and complimentary Wi-Fi. 8 PLAYERS LOUNGE ake the journey our players would make to the Players Lounge via the Players Entrance in the T Lansdown Stand and view the pitch from its very own exclusive balcony. As a versatile space the Players Lounge is ideal for smaller corporate or private events. There is also the option to have a bar available inside and a barbecue on the balcony with superb views over the pitch. 9 Sports Bar & Pizzeria he Sports Bar & Pizzeria is situated on the ground floor of the South Stand. Open on T matchdays, and available for private hire for drinks receptions and private parties, the bar has a relaxed feel, which is ideal for families and supporters alike. Allow our Dough Ballers to serve up the perfect pizza as part of your special event. If hiring the stadium for a conference or exhibition you can also take advantage of a two-course pizza option instead of the more traditional two-course offering. Engage your employees by delivering your presentation on the largest indoor pub screen in the country or view your company logo across the 15 LED screens around the venue. 10 CONCOURSES urpose built concourse area joining all three stands together internally. With over P 3,500 square metres of space this creates the ideal venue for an exhibition or team building event. The U-shape concourse can be split into three spaces Dolman Hall, South Concourse and Lower West Concourse. The concourse creates a blank canvas to enable you to tailor your event to your individual needs. It benefits from ground floor access with several load-in access points, ceiling heights of over four metres, natural daylight, three-phase power, plenty of power sockets, in built LED screens, ample toilet facilities and concessions that can be opened for your use. The Dolman Hall is an open space without pillars; the South and West Concourses have pillars interspersed throughout and are designed with power and data available and adequate spacing to accommodate shell scheme and standard-sized exhibition stands.
