2 Retreat Reservations Bed & Breakfast Per night: Single occupancy & continental breakfast (7:30-8:30 a.m.) $73 Double occupancy & continental breakfast (7:30-8:30 a.m.) $52.50 (per person) Hospitality Stay (no discount for double occupancy) First day (24 hr. period): $93 (includes an overnight guest room, three meals) Each additional day: $67 (includes an overnight guest room, three meals) Day Retreat Guests are welcome to enjoy a day walking the grounds, spending time in St. Francis of Assisi Church, reading and reflecting. Lunch is provided. $20 Organization Guest Room Reservations Organizations hosting an event have two options for attendees using overnight guest rooms. Option One: The organization may choose to reserve guest rooms for attendees and then be billed by Chiara Center. $73.00 per person per night for single occupancy $52.50 per person per night for double occupancy Option Two: Attendees make a guest room reservation and also provide payment to Chiara Center. $73.00 per person per night for single occupancy $52.50 per person per night for double occupancy The 30 guest rooms can comfortably be single or double occupancy (linens provided) with a private spacious bathroom (hair dryer and shampoo/soap provided), TV, clock, recliner, and a working table with chairs. 3 Chiara Center Meeting /Retreat Space Options Bonaventure Hall This spacious meeting room has floor to ceiling windows, AV capabilities, an open atrium and patio area. The room, which can be subdivided to allow for multiple sessions or to accommodate various sized groups, allows for customized set-ups. Buffet meal service is provided in the atrium. Located near the guest rooms, it can accommodate up to 40 people in café style seating Meals are served buffet style. 4 Little Flower Hall Little Flower Hall is close to the lobby and to the Bethany dining area. It is a comfortable space with AV technology, customized set -up, and can accommodate 45 persons. It has a small kitchen for groups desiring to provide their own lunch. Full day Half day $162 $98.00 Cana and Samaria Cana (left) and Samaria (right), rooms with expansive views, are designed to accommodate smaller groups of up to 20 people. Cana is a more informal living room environment with an adjacent patio and small kitchen. Samaria, with its customized set-up, has AV options, is close to Bethany and also has a small kitchen. There are also small conference rooms for two 10 people are also available.
