1 Camp Trillium has been providing year round recreational experiences to children and their families living with childhood cancer for over 30 years. Camp Trillium is a charitable organization that depends on the generous donations of individuals, groups, companies and the community to allow these deserving children and families to be kids and families again. Camp Trillium, Rainbow Lake is a 143 acre facility, located in the quaint town of Waterford; this picturesque and peaceful property is a great getaway to nature not far from urban centres. This facility is rented out to the public when camp programs are not running. All rental proceeds go directly to funding programs for children and their families dealing with childhood cancer. 2 Recreational Groups Are you looking for an amazing outdoor and indoor facility to run a recreational group program? Camp Trillium, Rainbow Lake offers outstanding indoor and outdoor, wilderness and comfortable spaces to run a successful and memorable program for your group from infant to adult. From September to the end of May, Camp Trillium, Rainbow Lake is available for day use or overnight programs. We can provide the space that backdrops your programs. GENERAL GROUP PACKAGE We find that each group has its own unique needs and requirements and we are happy to customize all your requests in a quote for you; But where to start? 3 RECREATIONAL GROUP MEALS We serve meals buffet style in the Dining Hall. Your group is able to choose meal options to customize your group program. Please take a look at the delicious assortments offered on the menus attached. Please note that no outside food or beverages are permitted at Camp Trillium, Rainbow Lake; we are a nut-free and allergy sensitive facility. Our Kitchen is able to accommodate many special dietary requests including: nut- and glutenfree, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. If there is something not listed on the menus provided, please contact the Rental Coordinator to see what we can do to accommodate your group. Buffet Meal times are suggested for 8:30am Breakfast, 12pm Lunch, and 5:00pm dinner. If your group would like to request meals at a different time, please discuss the options with the Rental Coordinator. All meal requirements and times are required to be confirmed with the Rental Coordinator 3 weeks prior to your group booking. A Tuck Shop can be opened for your guests to purchase additional snacks and drinks when requested and arranged in advance with the Rental Coordinator. Tuck Shop carries an assortment of chocolate bars, pop, bottled water, chips and candy. For Bar and Alcoholic services for your program, the renter is responsible to obtain the Liquor license and set up a reception bar, as well as the additional bartender charges. Please speak with the Rental Coordinator to help organize this. AV NEEDS & REQUIREMENTS Camp provides complimentary Wi-Fi in the main building. There is limited access outside of the Main Building. Camp Trillium is able to provide you with a podium if required in Main Building, and the Activity Hall also comes with access to a ceiling mounted projector screen, amplifier and microphone included in your rental. All other Audio Visual equipment is the responsibility of the renter including extension cords, portable screens, projectors etc. AVAILABILITY & PRICING Camp Trillium, Rainbow Lake is available for rental bookings of all kinds anytime we are not operating our camp programs. From June to end of August, we operate a full time summer camp with children living with childhood cancer and their families. We also run 3 weekends in the Fall, Winter and Spring as an extension of our programs for kids with cancer. Pricing for group use of the site and activities is based on size of group, meals requested and overnight accommodations. BOOKING To Book your event and for a pricing estimate, we ask that you complete and submit the enclosed Group Quote Request in order for us to help tailor your rental price to your program and group. 4 MAIN BUILDING Includes our Dining Hall and Activity Hall (seats approximately 250 people in each Hall): Year round hall, heated, washrooms with accessibility, mud room, front porch, stone fireplace ACTIVITY HALL The Activity Hall is part of our main building attached to the Dining Hall. It is a great building for presentations, group activities, meetings and more. It is equipped with a stage and two-sided stoned fireplace with seating area. DINING HALL & FOYER Our Dining Hall is where our meals are served; it is attached to our kitchen and Activity Hall. The Dining Hall is set up with Camp harvest tables and benches; it has a coffee bar and kitchenette and can hold approximately 250 people for a seating. 4 P a g e

5 CABINS We have 8 Cabins with a semi-attached design. There are two identical sides to each of these 8 cabins. Each cabin side has 3 bedrooms, a shared full bath, a half bath and a common room. In each room, there are 2 bunk beds. Some cabins have single beds in addition to the 2 bunk beds. There is between beds per cabin side (1 per bed). All the cabins are fully winterized with a front and back porch. ACCOMMODATIONS For overnight groups, we rent per cabin side at a rate of $ per night. We have 8 semi-attached Cabins and a large Staff Cabin for accommodation rental. Each Cabin side holds 12 people with 3 private rooms (2 bunk beds in each), a common space and shared bathroom facilities. Our Staff Cabin also has 2 sides and is a semi-attached dormitory style cabin that sleeps 18 and 38. If you would prefer the Staff Cabin please make this request with the Rental Coordinator. All overnight bookings are required to have a minimum of 30 people. For any overnight group of 30 or more with food service, the Main Building rental is of no additional charge. 5 Page

6 LOUNGES We have two lounge buildings available that are set up very similarly and are well suited for groups of approximately people each. They are furnished with couches, tables and chairs are heated and have their own washrooms and kitchen including fridge and stove. Pavilion & Outdoor Sports Arena: Is a heated building that can be opened up like a pavilion picnic area. It has picnic tables, direct beach access and 3 garage style doors that can be pushed up or brought down depending on your groups needs. It has its own washrooms with accessibility and an uncovered, boarded sports arena with overhead, outdoor lighting. Arts and Crafts: is a creative space with a wraparound porch to craft inside or out. It is heated and has washroom (supplies not included.) Outdoor Campfire: Campfires can be arranged with the Rental Coordinator within one of our campfire areas on site. Our main Campfire area has outdoor bench seating for up to approximately Page
