Our church has had its family winter retreat every year at the Pines for over 10 years. The setting provides an amazing time of fellowship, and peace to enjoy God's creation. This past year, we decided to rent meeting space and use food catering in addition to staying in the chalets. Tracy in the group sales department worked closely with us and our budget to help select a great meeting space and appropriate food/beverage catering. All of the arrangements came together perfectly the weekend of our retreat. Our meeting space was clean, warm, well attended by the staff, and the food was excellent. 7 LODGING: Chalets Nestled in the tall pines by Bass Lake, our Chalets provide the comfort and charm of a private mountain cabin. Each one of our newly renovated, two-story cabins contain a fully-equipped all-electric kitchen, living room and queen size hide-a-bed upstairs. Downstairs has a full bath with shower/bath combo and a bedroom with one king bed or two queen sized beds. In addition, each Chalet has a private deck with a picnic table and small barbecue. Options include: cabins with a partial lake view, wood burning fireplace or pet friendly units (limited number, fee). Prices range from $109 (Nov-Mar) to $399 (Jun-Aug), depending on cabin type, size, number of people, etc. (holidays priced differently) Suites Our luxurious lakefront Suites are conveniently located in the same lodge as Ducey s on the Lake Restaurant and Bar & Grill. Each Suite features a split-level design, log burning fireplace, flat screen TVs, wet bar with a mini refrigerator, microwave, fireplace, cable television and private deck or balcony (upstairs). Options include lake front suites with spa tubs, lake side suites as well as Honeymoon Suites. 9 FACILITIES: BOATHOUSE LAKEVIEW A & LAKEVIEW B The Boathouse is a separate building adjacent to the lake. This nautical themed room is popular for banquets and special events. It accommodates 50 for dining events and 70 for cocktail style receptions. Drop-down projection screen, built in PA system and a bar makes it a great place for group cocktail parties or hospitality room. Spacious Lakeview Rooms overlook the lake. These rooms can be booked separately for your private reception or opened up as a one large banquet space that can accommodate up to 400 guests. GAZEBO DECK (outdoors) Gazebo Deck is considered the most beautiful venue at the Pines Resort. Our lakefront deck and lawn are perfect locations for weddings, family reunions or corporate retreats.
