SOUTH MS SHORT COURSE AND WATER/WASTEWATER INDUSTRY TRADE SHOW SEPTEMBER 11-15, 2017 MS COAST CONVENTION CENTER, BILOXI, MS Dear Exhibitor: The Operators' Association is pleased to announce it's Annual Water/Wastewater Industry Trade Show will be held in conjunction with the South Mississippi Short Course scheduled for September at the MS Coast Convention Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. Exhibitors will set up starting at 1:00 on Monday, September 11. The Trade show will be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Tuesday and 8:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday. ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE REMOVED BY 5 P.M., WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13. We plan to have 35 display booths. Booth assignments will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so an early reply is needed in order to assure you of your choice of booth location. Please indicate your first, second and third choices on the registration form. A diagram of the convention center exhibit area with the booths numbered is attached. On Wednesday morning, we plan to offer training in the exhibit hall for CEU class attendees. These sessions will last 45 minutes and will be limited to 20 operators at each session. These training sessions will also be awarded on a first come basis. Please complete the EXHIBIT HALL TRAINING Presentation Form and return it along with the Exhibit Registration Form. Coffee breaks between the technical sessions and classes will be held in the exhibit hall. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EXHIBIT AREA IS CLOSER TO THE CLASSROOMS AGAIN THIS YEAR. Since we are using Hall D for exhibits, NO VEHICLES OR MACHINERY is allowed on the carpeted exhibit floor. All displays will have to be moved in using hand carts. Electricity will be available at a cost of $40. You must have your own extension cord. We are encouraging each exhibitor to contribute a door prize for their exhibit booth. These door prizes will be displayed at the booth until awarded on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. You are a very important part of the water and wastewater industry and your support is greatly appreciated. Please make arrangements to attend and return your registration form no later than AUGUST 18, REMEMBER, booth assignments will be on a first come, first-served basis.
