3 AIR FRANCE KLM - 51 DESTINATIONS TO AFRICA In 2018, Air France-KLM is increasing its presence in Africa with the launch of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle - Nairobi route operated by Air France. Moreover, as from 25 March and 1 April 2018, Joon will serve Cairo (Egypt) and Cape Town (South Africa) respectively from Paris-Charles de Gaulle. The group now offers 51 destinations and 489 weekly flights to Africa. In addition, thanks to its joint venture partnership with Kenya Airways, the group offers more flights between Europe and Africa and is expanding its network with 26 destinations : Addis-Ababa (Ethiopia), Bangui (Central African Republic), Blantyre (Malawi), Bujumbura (Burundi), Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania), Djibouti (Republic of Djibouti), Dzaoudzi (Mayotte), Entebbe (Uganda), Harare (Zimbabwe), Juba (South Sudan), Khartoum (Sudan), Kigali (Rwanda), Kilimanjaro (Tanzania), Kisumu (Kenya), Lilongwe (Malawi), Livingstone (Zambia), Lubumbashi (Democratic Republic of Congo), Lusaka (Zambia), Maputo (Mozambique), Mombasa (Kenya), Moroni (Comoros), Nampula (Mozambique), Ndola (Zambia), Seychelles (Seychelles), Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), Zanzibar (Tanzania). The Group also has a code-share agreement with the South-African airline kulkula.com, offering four other destinations in South Africa via Johannesburg or Cape Town : Durban, East London, George, Lanseria. Air France is also the strategic partner of Air Côte d Ivoire. In 2012, Air France supported the creation of this company, alongside the Government of the Côte d Ivoire, and currently holds a 11.1% stake in its capital. Air Côte d Ivoire s fleet currently comprises six Airbus A319/A320s for which Air France provides industrial maintenance, and four Bombardier Q400s, allowing it to serve 24 domestic destinations in Western and Central Africa from its Abidjan hub.

5 PERSONALIZED SERVICES ON AFRICAN ROUTES A more advantageous baggage policy to Africa Air France and KLM offer a larger baggage allowance than on the rest of the long-haul network, to most African destinations : La Première: 3 bags each weighing up to 32 kg ; Business: 2 bags each weighing up to 32 kg ; Premium Economy: 2 bags each weighing up to 23 kg ; Economy: 2 bags each weighing up to 23 kg or one bag weighing no more than 32 kg. Dedicated airport staff At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, a team of experts from the African continent is present on all flights to and from Africa, where they provide commercial assistance to passengers, taking into account the geopolitical, commercial, regulatory and cultural characteristics of each country. To make passenger handling easier, Air France has multicultural teams familiar with the specific expectations of its international customers. On a daily basis, they welcome close to 5,000 passengers, helping them with check-in and with their connections between flights. More than 2,500 cabin crew, belonging to Air France s Africa and Middle East Division, are trained in international standards and the specific expectations of customers on African routes.. On board, African films and music Since 2017, Air France has been offering at least 7 French and English-language African films. On Air France Play, customers have access to African magazines and newspapers as well as many African music albums A gourmet meal service In Business class, examples of African gastronomic produce such as chili or ginger juice are available to accompany the customer s meal. In the Economy cabin, Air France offers dishes tailored to the preferences of African travellers on certain routes* such as mafé chicken stew and fish with Nyembwé sauce. In addition, to adapt to the early-morning arrival times of flights arriving from Africa, a new breakfast service is available in all travel classes on Air France flights. *Except on flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Johannesburg (South Africa).

6 As from 25 March 2018, Air France will operate 3 weekly flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Nairobi (Kenya) by Boeing 787 equipped with the new travel cabins. In 2018, Air France will connect 34 destinations in Africa with 258 weekly services from Paris-Charles de Gaulle La Première, a designer suite At the airport At Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, the customer is taken care of from the time they arrive, when a porter takes their baggage, up through check-in, and arrival in the La Première lounge. This exclusive assistance helps them to save precious time and to make the most of the exceptional Paris-Charles de Gaulle La Première lounge designed by architect Didier Lefort. A second hot meal is available on flights longer than eight and a half hours.

10 From Amsterdam-Schiphol, KLM operates 75 weekly frequencies to 13 destinations in Africa. World Business Class : privacy, comfort and personal attention Available on the Boeing 747 s, 777 s, 787 s and the Airbus A330 at the end of 2018, World Business Class provides passengers with a new concept of comfort. At the airport Passengers travelling in World Business Class and/or Elite and Elite Plus customers benefit from a number of exclusive services : Dedicated check-in desks 2 carry-on items and a 30 kg baggage allowance in the hold Priority boarding and disembarkation Access to the KLM Crown lounges KLM has two modern Crown Lounges at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, one in the Schengen area as well as an Intercontinental Crown Lounge. Since 25 March 2018, the company has also been operating the Paris-Charles de Gaulle Cairo route with a daily flight. Flying Blue Petroleum Flying Blue Petroleum is Air France and KLM s loyalty programme for oil and gas industry professionals. The programme gives its 83,000 members access to a network of more than 100 oil and gas destinations as well as a range of exclusive benefits that come with being a member of a private club. Since June 2016, Flying Blue Petroleum programme members connecting between two flights operated by Air France or KLM can access the lounges in halls K, L or M at terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and the Crown lounge at Amsterdam-Schiphol. Flying Blue Club Africa Flying Blue Club Africa is a community site for Flying Blue members working with or on the African continent, and who wish to exchange information with their peers or obtain advice and contacts related to their business in Africa.
