BOOK THE COOK Suites, First, Business and Premium Economy Class passengers travelling on Singapore Airlines can choose their main course from a list of premium Book the Cook dishes. The health-conscious traveller can also choose from our Deliciously Wholesome range. The menu can be viewed on Singapore Airlines website and the reservations should be made at least 24 hours before flight departure. The Book the Cook service is available on all flights departing from Singapore (with a flight time of 1.5 hours or more) and on selected flights arriving into Singapore. ALL-TIME FAVOURITES Business Class passengers travelling on SilkAir can choose their main course from a list of specially curated All-Time Favourites: dishes. The menu can be viewed on SilkAir s website and the reservations should be made at least 24 hours before flight departure. The All-Time Favourites service is available on flights with a flight time of 3 hours or more.
