3 Dear Friends! I am truly pleased to present you with a new booklet describing our airline. Transaero was founded in 1990 and was the first registered passenger airline in the Russian Federation. Our maiden flight took place on November 5, Since then, we have endeavored to be a leader in the field. 7 Imperial. Upper class*. Transaero Airlines established Imperial Class for those our passengers who appreciate chic, luxury and value exclusive service. Imperial Class is unique for Russia an absolutely new level of passenger service quality. It combines the best traditions of hospitality distinguishing the Russian Imperial Family with the latest technologies and highest service achievements of global civil aviation. Imperial Class passengers are welcomed in the VIP lounge at Domodedovo International Airport. A Transaero Airlines representative meets each Imperial Class passenger to provide assistance with all the stages of pre-flight procedures. In a spacious Imperial Class cabin passengers will encounter something without parallel in Russian aviation created especially for this project. The gold laced seats recline 180 degrees and transform into a comfortable bed. Our seats are located either individually near windows or in pairs in the center of the cabin for the comfort of travelers. Onboard menu is delivered by leading chefs in accordance with the unique dishes from the Russian Imperial table. In the menu one can also find courses of the finest European cuisine. The large choice of beverages can satisfy the most sophisticated taste. In-flight entertainment in Imperial Class include multimedia players with a broad variety of programming including the most popular films, assorted print media and convenient travel kits to help make the flight more comfortable for Imperial Class passengers. On certain routes Transaero offers the advantages of Imperial Class at Business Class price. 9 The Imperial class dishware is produced by the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory - one of the world's few and the only Russian producer of luxury-class hand painted porcelain on the base of unique hand casting technologies. The crystal in Imperial class is the unique production of the famous Gusev Crystal Factory. The seat pitch allows passengers to lean back and rest even on long-haul flights. In the narrow-bodied Transaero Boeing 737s, the seat pitch in Business class is one of most expansive in the world on this type of aircraft. 13 Premium Economy Class* We do our best to provide our Premium Economy class passengers with the highest level of onboard comfort and service. Premium Economy class seats offer extra legroom between the seats making flights more comfortable. The Premium Economy class is located directly behind Business class in the forward section of the aircraft. Flight attendants offer the Premium Economy passengers a choice of periodicals and newspapers. On wide-body aircraft, Premium Economy class is equipped with multimedia entertainment facilities. Individual media players with a wide choice of first run movies are available for an extra fee. Passengers are offered hot moist towelettes before in-flight meals and aperitif with cocktail nuts. The Premium Economy class menu has an extended choice of dishes and appetizers, salads, fruits, desserts, hot and cold beverages as well. Premium Economy class is more and more on demand among Transaero passengers. *It is available on all Transaero aircraft excluding Boeing /300 and TU 214.

15 Tourist Economy Class Tourist Economy Class provides passengers the opportunity to fly with commendable service at the lowest fares. In this class our carrier offers passengers service meeting global airline Economy class standards on domestic and international flights. Passengers of the Tourist class are provided with meals and beverages. In-flight entertainment, including audio and in-flight movies are available through onboard facilities. Multimedia players with first run films are available upon request for an extra fee. When price is a determining factor in purchasing a ticket, Transaero welcomes passengers to take advantage of it's product, renowned for its reliability.

17 Children on Board Our small passengers receive maximum attention and care! Transaero is also equipped to transport passengers with serious medical conditions. Immobile and incapacitated passengers are provided with a unique, stable in-transit airbed for comfort and safety. Special care for young travelers is a tradition at Transaero. While still on the ground, we offer families with small children priority check-in and boarding. On board the aircraft, children are always the center of the crew s attention. Each child receives a present from the airline, a special travel kit with interesting items to help them stay amused during the flight. Kids can take the fun with them as a souvenir of the trip. Transaero also offers several special meals just for children*. Special Services for the Disabled Transaero devotes special attention to its passengers with disabilities. Making their flight as comfortable as possible is our main task. Transaero personnel receive special training to offer assistance to passengers with special needs. Transaero is a collaborating partner with Perspektiva, a leading Russian organization for the disabled, and has jointly developed a unique training program for airline staff. We incorporate global best practice in serving the disabled community. Onboard, Transaero offers special chairs to persons with limited mobility to enable them to get around the cabin. *Offer valid only in certain cabin classes.

19 Business Lounges Transaero s business class lounges are amazingly spacious, elegant and inimitable in their original style, meeting the expectations of the most demanding customers. They offer many possibilities for relaxation. Business class passengers can try fresh fruit or a warm morsel and get drinks from the bar. News and select television programs are available on wide-screen plasma displays and an extensive selection of newspapers and magazines awaits you. Internet is available in a separate area. Our business class lounges have special rest areas with reclining armchairs. One further unique service offering is Transaero's business class lounge library. Here you will find the best literature from Russian and foreign authors collected in special editions printed for the airline in convenient formats - passengers are welcome to take books with them onboard and beyond a gift from Transaero.

20 Our fleet Transaero presently commands the largest fleet of wide-bodied, long range aircraft in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. It is also the only airline in this region operating Boeing 777 and Boeing 747 passenger planes. Transaero s strategy in assembling its fleet is based on three main principles: safety, comfort and constant improvement. The Transaero fleet includes Boeing 777, Boeing 747, Boeing 767, Boeing 737 and TU 214 aircraft. This harmonious combination of different types of aircraft makes it possible for the airline to satisfy passenger needs on all its routes to the greatest degree. The Transaero fleet is expanding first of all through the addition of next generation long-range aircraft Boeing 777s and Boeing 747s.
