3 A story just for you 1986 We take off Juan José Hidalgo, our Chairman, acquires the Company with a group of investors A new beginning. We start operating domestic routes We include winglets technology on our B , allowing for major fuel savings and reducing our impact on the environment Our fleet of 40 aircraft ranks amongst the most modern in Europe, with an average age of 3 years per aircraft. In September we become an official partner of the SkyTeam Alliance We are Spain s second airline in terms of the number of passengers carried. We continue to grow and add a further 11 Embraer 195 aircraft to operate short and mid haul routes Our challenge. The launch of the Madrid Barcelona route Globalia Corporación is set up, created by our Chairman as the holding company for all its businesses We continue to add new mid and long haul routes. We are involved in phase two of the AIRE Oceanic Program, designed to protect the environment.

4 2010 Three years on, in July we become fullyfledged members of the SkyTeam Alliance and our involvement in the organisation s decision-making processes becomes official Our fleet increases with the addition of two A aircraft We are the first airline to receive the EMAS environmental management certificate We set up routes to Bilbao, Asturias, Montevideo and São Paulo We continue to open up further routes: San Juan (Puerto Rico), Miami, Frankfurt, Munich, Melilla and Porto.

5 New Aircrafts 787 Dreamliners 2015 Air Europa signed an agreement with Boeing for eight (8) & fourteen (14) Dreamliners as it continues its transition to an all-boeing long-haul fleet. The order is the largest ever from a Spanish carrier valued at $3.6 billion at current list price. The first four is due in 2016 expecting to operate all 8 aircrafts by the end of 2017, with the 787-9s following between 2018 and The will be replacing older A330 The first Boeing 787 Dreamliner will start operating in 2Q16
