Please note that, for remote participants, the Decision Block will now begin at 9:30am EDT rather than 10:15am EDT). The agenda and detailed time-zone conversions have been updated accordingly at Remote access information remains unchanged. For members participating in person, kindly note that the shuttle from the Dulles Airport Marriott will now depart at 8:30am EDT on Friday (rather than 9:00am EDT, as previously announced). All other shuttle arrival/departure times are unchanged. If you have not already made your accommodation arrangements, we suggest you consider the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott, which is located conveniently near both the airport and our meeting venue. 6 March 31, 2015 RE: Announcing WITSA Meetings May in Herndon, Virginia (RSVP Required) Following our recent inquiry (below), we are pleased to announce that the Spring WITSA Board and Committee meetings will take place at the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) in Herndon, Virginia. This is located in the Dulles airport area, about 30 minutes from Washington, DC. The meetings will take place over three days as follows: Wednesday, May 20: Strategic review Thursday, May 21: Committee meetings Friday, May 22: Board of Directors meeting Members are encouraged to make their travel and accommodation arrangements as soon as possible. March 25, 2015 TO: WITSA Board of Directors FR: Mr. Santiago Gutierrez, Chairman RE: [URGENT] Board Spring Meeting hosting city Dear Board Directors, After taking into consideration several blocked days for some of our Directors, will hold our Spring Board meeting from May the 20th to the 22nd. This is the most convenient time to ensure highest likelihood of attendance from most 6

We have two geographical options to choose from and I just need you to let me know which place makes it easier for you to attend: -Dulles airport area, in the Northern Virginia Tech Corridor, 30 minutes away from D.C. -Mexico City Ensuring the highest attendance is particularly important for this meeting, since we will have a half a day strategic planning based on the business plan Draft. The objective of the session is to come up with the key elements of the Business Plan so the current Draft is modified accordingly. We also have important matters to discuss at the Board meeting that include the status of the five commited WCITs, progress made in positioning Witsa at important multilateral forums as well as progress made on the public policy front.
