Please make reservations early. Meeting Registration Please return your registration forms to the address provided on the form by April 11th. Make your check payable to Western Plant Board. Transportation Your reservations should be made to fly into the El Paso International Airport in El Paso, Texas. From the airport to the Las Cruces Hilton is about an hour drive.
