1 Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs July 1, 2015 Dear RMAF Fair/Festival Members: Keeping the Traditional Alive Celebrating 90 Years is the theme for this year s convention on November All convention events will take place at the Davis Conference Center, 1651 North 700 West, Layton, Utah. All Service Member display rooms will be located in the hotel attached to the conference center, Hilton Garden Inn. The Utah Association of Fairs & Events will be holding their annual meeting in combination with RMAF. Please welcome those members and help answer any questions they might have about our convention. HOTEL RESERVATIONS: All Fair & Festival Members are responsible for their own reservations. RMAF has secured a block of rooms at four (4) hotels within walking distance of the Davis Conference Center see the enclosed map for location, rates & contact information. CONVENTION REGISTRATION: Convention Registration is $200 per person which included 8 meals. Day registrations are available (see form for prices). After October 13, 2015 the registration will increase to $230. TRAVEL: The Davis Conference Center is 20 minutes north of Salt Lake International Airport which is a major hub for Delta but also serves United, American, Alaska, JetBlue, Frontier, US Airway, SkyWest & Southwest. A wide variety of rental car options are also available at the airport. Go to for more details. If you are driving to Layton, Davis Conference Center and hotels are conveniently located near I-15 and is accessible from Exit #332 and all offer complimentary parking. SALT LAKE CITY AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE: Express Shuttle, or online at has offered a one-way rate of $ st person & $15.00 additional persons. In addition to the workshops, there will be showcasing, networking opportunities and display rooms with organizations ready to help with you 2016 event planning.
