1 TO: FROM: RE: CAWV MEMBERS ROGER THOMAS, CHAIRMAN CAWV PROGRAM COMMITTEE EXCITING 2015 MIDYEAR MEETING BEING PLANNED The fabulous Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Golf and Spa Resort is the site of the 2015 CAWV Midyear Meeting which will be held January 30 - February 4, Your Program Committee will be putting together an abundant mix of business, sporting and social activities to truly make the 2015 meeting one you do not want to miss. There is a new feature at this year s Midyear Meeting. Fiesta Americana is now an ALL-INCLUSIVE PROPERTY. The room rate this year will include all meals and beverages at the resorts 8 restaurants and 5 bars (three of which serve food) You can also access 24-hour room service. Rooms reserved after this date will be on an availability-only basis. With January being the height of Cabo s tourist season, the hotel warns us not to expect rooms to be available after our deadline. The CAWV room rate will be $ double occupancy, $ single occupancy and an additional $ per person for additional persons up to four. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out the enclosed room reservation form and return it to the CAWV with a check (made payable to the CAWV) for one night deposit and registration fees - $1, by October 17, (Early Bird Registration ends October 17th). Please note hotel transfers and baggage handling is included in registration fee. Enclosed for your review are a tentative agenda, information on the Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos, optional tours and activities (registration for tours will be sent in Mid-November) and a convention registration form.
