12 FIXED SERVICE CHARGE We can offer a fixed service charge to cover building services, repairs, maintenance, security, reception staff and management which means budgeting is easy and there is no uncertainty or risk, or a variable charge. SECURITY There is a high level of security. The building has CCTV and an intruder alarm with Tannoy, which along with the fire alarm, are all remotely monitored. The building and suites have door access control.
