Please note there are two Clayton hotels in Dublin Hotel facilities Complimentary wifi is available throughout the hotel Complimentary fitness suite gym (residential guests only) air conditioned and fully equipped for an intense work-out. Open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Public transport Coach Route 700 (Dublin Airport Dublin City Centre Leopardstown) which will drop you outside the hotel. Places are available on a first come, first served basis. Further details to follow via . Conference rooms The main conference and breakout sessions will be held in the Fitzwilliam Hall (consisting of the Herbert, Pembroke and Lansdowne rooms). A cash bar will then be available. For the gala dinner, we will have a seating plan. If you would like to sit with certain people, we encourage your group to allocate yourself to the same table. You can allocate your group when onsite or, if you prefer, please contact the R3 courses team now with the relevant delegate names.
5 Dietary requirements Delegates with special dietary requirements should inform the R3 courses team as soon as possible. If you have any problems whilst at the conference, please inform a member of the courses team at the registration and information desk. Where to eat In the hotel Guinness tour As an optional addition to the Friday afternoon, we are offering a tour of the Guinness Storehouse ( Housed in an old fermentation plant the now seven-storey visitor experience tells the story of Ireland s iconic drink and brings to life the heritage of this world famous beer. B Bar Delicious bar food is complimented by an extensive menu of draft and craft beers, spirits, wines and zingy cocktails.
