Alterations may affect other areas and passengers are advised to check journey times with National Rail Enquiries before travelling, via or Replacement buses are unable to carry bicycles or non-folding prams, and may depart early to maintain connections. For further information regarding Cross-London Connections go to All Services Via Banbury Due to a landslip the line between Banbury and Leamington Spa is currently closed, with buses replacing trains between those two stations. This is expected to continue for several weeks. Amended rail timetables will apply either side of the blockade; affecting services between London Marylebone-Stratford upon Avon/ Birmingham operated by Chiltern Railways and South Coast/Guildford/Reading-Birmingham-The North services operated by Cross Country. Journey times will be extended and tickets will be valid on some alternative routes. Passengers must check the amended arrangements before travelling:
3 Advance Information The route between London Euston-West Midlands/North Wales/North West England/Scotland will be closed at Watford Junction over the weekend of February. London Euston-Watford Junction local services run but all other trains to/from/via Watford Junction are affected For Euston-Milton Keynes/Northampton/West Midlands/North Wales/North West England/Scotland most trains are replaced by Underground and buses for part of the journey, with journey times extended by minutes. Limited through trains between Euston- Coventry/Birmingham International with connections to/from the north. Many tickets will be valid on routes to/from other London terminals. Euston-Scotland Sleeper services will run via an alternative route with delays. These trains will not call at Watford Junction, Crewe, Preston or Carlisle. South Croydon/Clapham Junction-Watford Junction/Milton Keynes services do not run. Tickets will be valid via Central London. Watford Junction-St Albans Abbey services replaced by buses.
