2 Dr. David Meyer STEICO SE s CFO Dear business partners, dear shareholders, We welcomed a large number of investors to the first STEICO capital markets day at our group s headquarters in The next year we then visited our new production line for laminated veneer lumber at our facility in Czarna Woda together with interested investors. Now, for our third STEICO Capital Markets Day we have put together a programme which offers far more than pure financial communication. We are looking forward to showing you how STEICO s products are used on building sites and the extension to our group s headquarters offer a perfect example. We would then be very pleased to invite you to visit the BAU 2019 trade fair. You can see for yourselves how STEICO presents itself to the construction industry and get a real life impression of the world s leading trade fair for construction. Yours sincerely, Extension to STEICO s group headquarters STEICO is currently extending the group s headquarters in Feldkirchen and of course we are using STEICO s construction system. The four-storey extension is a perfect reference for innovative timber construction. Thanks to its size it constitutes a "class 5 building", which is not necessarily destined to be made of wood. However, the fact that the extension can still be built using wood using STEICO s construction system once again proves that state-ofthe-art wooden construction knows no limits. The building s shell will be erected in January You will be able to see, on location, how STEICO s construction system is used on a building site. Join us in a visit to the building site, talk to STEICO s engineers and get your own picture of how woodfiber insulation materials and supporting structures made of wood can be used today. What is more, STEICO s Capital Markets Day on 14 January 2019 is also on the opening day for the BAU trade fair. That is why we are inviting you to visit STEICO at the trade fair. Get an overview of STEICO s trade fair innovations and breathe trade fair air together with craftsmen, architects and the timber trade. 4 Useful information What to wear We recommend sturdy shoes and a warm jacket for the visit to the building site. At the trade fair Unfortunately storage space at STEICO s stand is limited. You can leave your luggage at STEICO s headquarters. We also recommend using the cloakroom at the entrance to the trade fair. Departure and return transfer The "U-Bahn" line U2 leaves from "Messestadt Ost" every five minutes towards the city center/main station. It takes around 25 minutes to get to the city center. If you want to get to the airport, take the U2 to "Trudering". Then change to the S4 in direction Geltendorf or the S6 in direction Tutzing. Travel to Leuchtenbergring and then change to the S8 towards the airport. It takes around 60 minutes to get to the airport. The return transfer to STEICO s headquarters leaves from the same point as the arrival. If you have fixed travel times, please make sure that you are there on time. Our bus drive has to leave at exactly 4.00 p.m. We expect to be back at STEICO s group headquarters at 4.30 p.m. Please note that trade fair traffic may result in delays.
