1 FOUNTAIN VALLEY HOME Tiburon News APRIL 2018 OWNERS ASSOCIATION Playground Courtesy Please remember the Adobe River Playground is for younger childen. Please leave skateboards, bikes and scooters outside the playground area. Dogs are kept outside the fenced playground. Another bench will be ordered, as well as a trash container. The landscape committee is planning a small opening celebration at the end of April, or beginning of May. Roofing Maintenance Academy Roofing has been selected to do the annual maintenance on all buildings. Please be aware of workman on the roofs when opening curtains or blinds. Academy Roofing contact phone number: Pools open for Spring Break Antelope River, Carlsbad, and Shenandoah Three pools will be open, starting April 1. Adobe River and Kings Canyon pools will be closed for replastering. Black River/ Kings River Courtyard New drought tolerant plants are planted! The new plants will be small, and spaced far apart to allow for growth. The ficus trees are removed from the Kings River alley, and new holly bushes were unexpectedly delayed. They will be planted as soon as they are available. The landscape committee has evaluated all courtyards, and has prioritized the areas that most need work. Shady courtyards will be replanted first. The next courtyard to be replanted, sometime this summer, will be the Big Bend, Corral River, Arches courtyard. Sidewalk and Alley Light Poles that flicker or do not light This month, Tiburon residents are making a coordinated effort to walk at night, and take note of the lights in the common area that are not working. Please write down or photograph the pole number, give the closest address, and report it to either Edison or our property manager. Reporting to Edison directly usually gets a repair within 5 business days. The Edison website is: Edsion by phone: Lost and Found: No items were reported this month. A drawer of lost items is in the office at the Kings Canyon Clubhouse. These items are months old. If you are missing an item, please ask property management. The items in this drawer will be disposed of on June 1st.

Please contact Tim Peckham, , with any concerns or questions about the balcony work to be done on your town home. Best Balcony Tips: Please do not put nails or screws into the wood on any guardrail or balcony beams. Please do sweep the balcony monthly, and do not leave any items on top the wood decking. The Balcony Re-builds have started. Sample questions ask about your preference for adding parking in the alley, adding parking to the green belt in front of the Kings Canyon Clubhouse, or requiring everyone to have space for two cars in their garage. RV Space Rental The RV spaces can be rented for cars, work trucks or recreational vehicles. If there is no waiting list for recreational vehicles, then the space may be rented for a car or oversized work truck, with Board of Directors approval. The rent is $50.00 per month. To rent a RV space: Please take the time to clean your RV space. Pick up trash and sweep away debris.
