DESTINATION: ORLANDO, FLORIDA DATES: NOVEMBER 21-27, 2017 TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21 UP TO DATE ITINERARY JANUARY 23, :45 PM (4) Deluxe Motor Coaches will arrive at Bay High School to begin loading: Wolf Road, Bay Village, Ohio (440) Note: The motor coach are equipped with the following: power outlets to charge cell phones and other devices, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and DVD player, seat belts, reclining seats, and restrooms. 5:45 PM Depart for FL via deluxe, air conditioned motor coaches with DVD players. (Estimated # of miles: 1,066. Total drive time estimate 22 ½ hours: 17 ½ hours have been allotted for drive time, plus 5 hours for rest stops, driver change, dinner, breakfast, and lunch stops.) WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 22 **Meet your Tour Director at the hotel to coordinate your hotel check in.** 4:00 PM Hotel Check In: Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista (407) Lake Street, Orlando, FL Time to check in, freshen up, and use pool if time permits. 5:00 PM Board local Pegasus Coaches (407) and depart for Disney Springs 5:30 PM Dinner at Planet Hollywood Observatory in Disney Springs (407) Dinner includes choice of the following: Guy Fieri s Straight Up with Cheese Burger with super melty cheese with lettuce, tomato & Donkey sauce with French fries, Penne Pomodoro, Grilled Chicken Macaroni and Cheese, Chicken Caesar Salad, or Crispy Chicken Tenders with French fries. Dinner includes Chef s selection of dessert and unlimited soft drinks, coffee, & iced tea.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 23 (THANKSGIVING DAY) 7:00 AM Breakfast buffet at the hotel 8:00 AM Load motor coaches and depart for your two morning clinics 8:15 AM (3) Motor coaches will transport the students participating in the You re Instrumental workshop to workshop location: Studio A Rehearsal Room at Epcot backstage area. 8:15 AM (1) Motor coach will transport the students participating in the Disney Dancin workshop to the workshop location: Costuming and Auditions Building Rehearsal Room 6 in a Disney World service area. 9:00 AM Bay HS Concert Band to participate in Disney s You re Instrumental Workshop. Sight-read, prepare and record a polished performance of special Disney music selections in a studio environment like a professional musician. Tentative location: Studio A rehearsal room backstage at Epcot. 9:00 AM Bay HS Dance Team to participate in Disney s Dancin Workshop. Experience the life of a professional dancer in a fun, upbeat and positive atmosphere. Begin with a simulated audition led by a professional Disney dancer and finish with a rousing performance. Tentative location: Costuming and Auditions building, rehearsal room 6.

3 THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 23 (THANKSGIVING DAY) (Cont.) 9:15 AM Tour members not participating in the two clinics will be dropped off at Disney s Hollywood Studios for a day of fun! 11:45 AM Following the workshops, the Bay HS concert band members and dance team members will board the coaches and depart for Hollywood Studios. 12:15 PM Enjoy behind-the-scenes glimpses of Hollywood-style action with live shows, thrilling attractions, and backstage tours. Highlights include the American Idol Experience, Star Tours, Toy Story Mania, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Studio Backlot Tour, and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. Lunch at student cost 12:45 PM (3) Meet your motor coaches at the front gate - group parking area and transfer to your workshop location: Studio A Rehearsal Room at Epcot backstage area. 1:30 PM Bay HS Concert Band to participate in Disney s You re Instrumental Workshop. Sight-read, prepare and record a polished performance of special Disney music selections in a studio environment like a professional musician. Tentative location: Studio A rehearsal room backstage at Epcot. 4:00 PM Following the workshop, the Bay HS concert band members will board the coaches and depart for Hollywood Studios. Dinner: Disney Meal Voucher to be used in the park. 6:30 PM Experience Fantasmic, a spectacular, 25-minute fireworks and water show starring Mickey Mouse and a bevy of delightful Disney Characters and featuring classic Disney music and songs, laser lights and amazing hydrotechnic effects. (Show schedule - subject to change) 10:00 PM Meet at the group motor coach parking area. 10:30 PM Return to the hotel for the evening.

4 FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24 7:00 AM Breakfast Buffet at the hotel 8:00 AM Load coaches and depart for the Magic Kingdom for the day 8:45 AM Spend the day experiencing the Magic Kingdom! Capture the enchantment of fairy tales with exciting entertainment, classic attractions, backstage tours and beloved Disney Characters with seven whimsical lands. Be sure to hit such attractions as Mickey s PhilharMagic, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the classic It s a Small World. Lunch at student cost Your (4) motor coaches will arrive backstage at the Disney Performing Arts Preshow Area. Bay HS Marching Band members to meet at designated location. The Bay High School Rocket Marching Band will march in the Walt Disney World Resort (Band has been accepted to march. Performance time and location - to be announced.) Dinner: Disney Meal Voucher to be used in the park. 9:45 PM View Celebrate the Magic Nighttime Show at the Cinderella Castle Cinderella Castle transforms into a piece of living art at this nighttime show honoring the art of Disney storytelling. (show time subject to change) 11:00 PM Return to the hotel for the evening. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25 7:00 AM Breakfast buffet at the hotel 8:00 AM Board the motor coaches and depart for Animal Kingdom

5 SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25 (Cont.) 8:30 AM Visit Disney s Animal Kingdom for the morning Experience the thrilling attraction, Expedition Everest: Board an aging train headed for an Everest base camp by way of the Forbidden Mountain to trek into a remote Himalayan Village! Also try: Kilimanjaro Safaris: Climb aboard your open-sided safari vehicle for an exciting expedition for your entire crew. Animals from Africa freely roam through acres of savannah, rivers and rocky hills. Look out for giraffes, hippos, elephants, rhinos, lions and poachers too. Lunch at student cost at the Animal Kingdom Meet at the group parking lot to board coaches Board coaches and transfer to Epcot 2:00 PM Visit Epcot for the day. Divided into two areas, Future World and the World Showcase. Future World focuses on technological advancements, innovation and wonder, and features attractions such as Soarin, Mission: Space, and Test Track. The World Showcase is a collection of pavilions that wrap around the Lagoon. Inside find shops, attractions and restaurants that represent the culture and cuisine of 11 countries. Dinner: Disney Meal Voucher to be used in Epcot. 9:30 PM Enjoy IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a spectacular 12-minute show, featuring breathtaking fireworks, brilliant bursts of fire, laser light effects, dramatic fountain barges, a stirring musical score and the world's first spherical video display system the 350,000-pound Earth Globe! 10:15 PM Meet at the group motor coach parking area. 10:45 PM Return to the hotel for the evening to prepare for hotel check out.

6 SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26 7:00 AM Breakfast buffet at the hotel 8:00 AM Check out of the hotel and board the motor coaches. 8:30 AM Depart for the Universal Orlando Resort 9:00 AM Visit Universal Studios Theme Park and the Islands of Adventure Theme Park for the day (You can visit both parks today!) Islands of Adventure Theme Park: Enjoy the Wizarding World of Harry Potter: experience exciting rides like the Dragon Challenge (twin roller coasters that engage in a high-speed chase across the sky), the Flight of the Hippogriff (a more family friendly coaster that takes you on a fun ride over the Hogwarts grounds), or Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey (joint Harry and his friends on a thrilling new state-of-the-art attraction that will bring the magic, characters, and stories of Harry Potter to life in ways you ve never before experienced). Other attractions include: The Amazing Adventures of Spider Man, Incredible Hulk Coaster, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Eighth Voyage of Sinbad, Poseidon s Fury, Doctor Doom s Fearfall, and more. 7 SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26 (Cont.) 6:15 PM Please exit the parks in chaperone groups and report to the entrance to the Hard Rock Café Orlando in between the Islands and Adventure and Universal Studios Theme Park Entrances. 6:30 PM Dinner: Hard Café Orlando at the Universal Orlando Resort Dinner includes choice of the following: Burger, Cheese Burger, or Bacon Cheeseburger (prepared medium well with or without American cheese) - A juicy ½ lb. beef burger topped with crisp lettuce, vine ripped tomatoes, and onion served with fries. Barbeque Pulled Pork Sandwich hand pulled smoked pork with hickory bbq sauce on a toasted brioche served with fries. Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Toasted brioche bun with honey mustard, grilled chicken, smoked bacon, melted Jack cheese, Dijon mayonnaise, iceberg lettuce, and tomato with fries. Cheesy Mac and Cheese Twisted cavatappi pasta tossed in a creamy cheese sauce served with garlic toast.
