Union Street, Medina, OH. 10:00 am: Depart to Orlando, Florida via first class, restroom/dvd/wifi equipped, climate controlled BARONS BUS motorcoaches. Note: Electrical outlets are located throughout the motorcoach. WiFi connectivity is best if limited to 8-10 persons at a time, and connectivity is not guaranteed in all areas of travel. Rest and meal stops en route at the band director s discretion Friday, March 23, 2018 (Arrive in Florida! / Hollywood Studios Day) Arrive at Golden Corral Meet Jack Gray and Jeff Skaggs, your Noteworthy Tours Escorts. 8:00 am: BREAKFAST After breakfast, depart to DISNEY S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS. Discover the action and thrills of movies and television. Motorcoach drivers must have 9 hours off upon arrival in Florida. Sleeping rooms for the drivers will be provided. An Orlando-based motorcoach company will be contracted for any workshop and/or performance related transfers today, and the charges will be billed separately. Page 1 of 5

2 Friday, (Hollywood Studios continued) 8:30 pm: Enjoy Fantasmic!, an incredible, outdoor nighttime spectacular at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater. Show length: 30 minutes 9:00 pm: Enjoy Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, an all-new nighttime experience featuring your favorite Star Wars moments from a galaxy far, far away! Show length: 14 minutes 9:00 pm: Park closes. After Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, exit the park and proceed to the motorcoach parking area. Load motorcoaches and depart to the ROSEN CENTRE for check-in. Saturday, March 24, 2018 (Magic Kingdom / Performance Day) 7:30 am: FULL AMERICAN BREAKFAST BUFFET at your hotel 9:00 am: Depart to MAGIC KINGDOM PARK. Timeless stories come to life in seven, wondrous lands of make-believe, adventure and enchantment. 12:30 pm: Motorcoach arrives at Park Three Security Gate at Magic Kingdom Park. 1:00 pm: Band students and directors meet Disney talent coordinator at The Windmill located near the Frontierland Parade Gate to the left of Splash Mountain. 2:30 pm: PERFORMANCE by the Medina High School Musical Bees Marching Band in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Pre-Parade Please note the backstage area of Magic Kingdom has been renovated to include an area where the band may be photographed by someone in your group in full uniform prior to the performance. 3 Saturday, (Magic Kingdom continued) After the parade, return instruments and uniforms to the motorcoaches and then re-enter Magic Kingdom Park. 9:00 pm: Enjoy Happily Ever After, the newest and most spectacular fireworks show in the park s history! Show length: 18 minutes After Happily Ever After, exit the park and proceed to the motorcoach parking area. Load motorcoaches and depart to your hotel. Sunday, March 25, 2018 (Water Park / Animal Kingdom Day) 9:30 am: Depart to DISNEY S TYPHOON LAGOON WATER PARK. Plunge down an exhilarating 3-story waterslide, sunbathe on a white sand beach, swim in a giant wave pool and relax on a lazy river! 10:00 am: Water park opens. 1:00 pm: Depart to DISNEY S ANIMAL KINGDOM THEME PARK. Enjoy an up-close adventure into the untamed beauty and unrestrained power of the animal world. 8:45 pm: Enjoy Rivers of Light, a celebration of nature with captivating special effects, music and animal folklore. Show length: 15 minutes After Rivers of Light, exit the park and proceed to the motorcoach parking area. Depart to your hotel Page 3 of 5

4 nd Monday, March 26, 2018 (Epcot / 2 Performance Day) 9:30 am: One motorcoach with jazz ensemble students and director departs to Disney Springs Pre-Show Area 9:30 am: Remaining motorcoaches depart to Disney Springs for shopping prior to the jazz ensemble performance. Explore the shops and unique boutiques; choose from an array of dining choices; and enjoy lively entertainment in this fun-filled, recently renovated area. 11:30 am: PERFORMANCE by the Medina High School Stardusters Jazz Ensemble on the Waterview Stage located in The Landing area of Disney Springs Explore Disney Springs after the performance. 1:00 pm: Depart to EPCOT. Discover the culture and traditions of eleven countries in Epcot World Showcase. 9:00 pm: Enjoy IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a spectacular extravaganza over World Showcase Lagoon, bursting with lights, lasers, fireworks and magnificent music. Show length: 18 minutes After Illuminations, exit the park and proceed to the motorcoach parking area. Load motorcoaches and depart to your hotel. Tuesday, March 27, 2018 (Universal Studios / Departure for Home) Continue packing for today s departure for home. 9:30 am: Check out and load motorcoaches Page 4 of 5

5 Tuesday, (continued) and Depart to Universal Orlando Resort. Upon arrival, enter your choice of theme park: Visit UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FLORIDA. Universal Studios is the largest working film and television studio outside of Hollywood. With more than 40 incredible rides, shows, movie sets, and attractions, it s a place that s destined to become one of your favorites. Go beyond the movie screen and Ride the Movies. SM Visit UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE. SM Explore innovative rides and attractions on five exciting islands - Seuss Landing, SM SM SM The Lost Continent, Jurassic Park, Toon Lagoon, and Marvel Super Hero Island. Park hopping between theme parks is permitted with your Universal Studios Park-to-Park pass. MEAL VOUCHER provided Motorcoach drivers must have 9 hours prior to departing for home. The show features three enigmatic bald and blue characters who take the audience through a multisensory experience that combines theatre, percussive music, art, science, and vaudeville into a form of entertainment that is like nothing else. 11:00 pm: Show ends. Exit the theatre and browse the shops of Universal CityWalk on your way to the motorcoach parking area. 11:59 pm: Depart for home.
