O Lying in the foothills of the Adirondacks, the Glens Falls Civic Center is fifteen minutes from historic Saratoga Springs and ten minutes from scenic Lake George. 4 Proudly Managed by the City of Glens Falls Concerts! o The Center has a vast music history, spanning all genres of music, including The Who, Phish, the Grateful Dead, the Beach Boys, Boston, A Perfect Circle, Black Crowes Willie Nelson, Aerosmith and Beatlemania and including sold-out performances by matchbox twenty & Styx/REO Speedwagon/Survivor. o The Center has been the rehearsal hall for such artists as Elton John, Billy Joel, Rush, Jay-Z, Def Leppard and the British Rock Symphony. Sports! o From , the Center was home to the American Hockey League s four-time Calder Cup champions, the Adirondack Red Wings. o The Arena has been used as a practice space for such NHL teams as the Ottawa Senators, as well as pre-season hockey for the AHL Albany River Rats. The New York State Public High School Girl's Volleyball Tournament has made it's home here at the Arena. The Glens Falls Civic Center is home to the New York State Basketball Championships. o The WWF, ECW, and the WCW have all visited the Center. Family Shows! Sesame Street Live, Disney on Ice, the Lipizzaner Stallions, Circus Royale, Doodlebops, Bear in the Big Blue House are just a few of the family shows that the Glens Falls Civic Center has hosted and will host in the months to come. Monster Truck Rallies and the Harlem Globetrotters are just two of the action/family oriented sport events that thrill our Arena audiences. 4

Small Room: 39' x 45' (1,755 sq. ft.) Heritage Hall is handicap-accessible with adjacent restrooms and an elevator. Heritage Hall has a full restaurant-style kitchen and bar facility. Heritage Hall has cable TV and satellite hookups. Heritage Hall has a maximum occupancy of 468 for banquet seating and 600 for assembly seating. For a performance that is to be recorded or live by a national or regional television network either by way of audio or regional mediums for reuse or presentation, shall be subject to one half time above the prevailing rates. Overtime: Holidays: Time and one half the straight-time hourly rate shall be paid after any eight consecutive hours. A performance call shall not be included to compute overtime when in conjunction with an in or an out. Any overtime rate shall prevail until a five-hour rest period is provided. Time and one half straight-time hourly rate, or time and one half the straight-time performance rate, whichever is applicable, shall be paid for all holidays worked. This rate shall continue to apply to any call beginning on a holiday and continuing into the hours of the following day. The following are designated holidays: New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On any day that begins with a time and one half there shall be no increase in rate after eight hours. 10

The Glens Falls Civic Center Box Office also operates its own phone charge center for in-house events, with a service charge of $2.50 per ticket, Maximum $5 per order.
