Whether tasting wine or a fine local brew, you ll need to open up your senses to take in the beauty of the harvest. Wine and beer alike, here are some helpful steps in tasting : (1) look at its colors, (2) gently swirl the glass to open it up, (3) smell the bouquet and (4) taste with a sip. We highly recommend not filling your glass too full otherwise you might want to pack an extra shirt!
