1 PARKS LAKE FARMINGTON North off E Main Street (505) Lake Farmington offers tons of outdoor experiences. Come to fish or enjoy the water on a non-motorized watercraft (free on-site aquatic invasive species inspection required before entering), swim at The Beach or get some exercise exploring the shoreline. The lake access fee grants you entrance to the area and access to all of the recreational opportunities. Lake Hours of Operation: M-Su - 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Lake Open for Non-Motorized Watercraft Date: April 14, October 28, 2018 Lake Access Fee: Standard Vehicle - $5.00 per day Standard Vehicle Season Pass- $50.00 per year Buy at lake entrance, Farmington Museum, or Farmington Aquatic Center Commercial Vehicle - $20.00 per day Night Fishing - $5.00 per person, per night in addition to lake access fee The Beach Open Date: Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend The Beach Hours of Operation: M-Su - Noon to 6:00 pm Maximum Capacity: Varies depending on number of life guards present Admission: None - included in Lake Access Fee Swimming at Lake Farmington is only allowed in the designated area coined The Beach. SHELTER RESERVATIONS Park Shelter Reservations (505) Reservation Desk Hours of Operation: M-Sa - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Reserve a park shelter for family picnics, reunions, and church meetings online under Quick Links on the website or via phone. Shelters can be reserved up to 365 days in advance. No reservations are needed November 1 - March 1. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
