2 These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provide additional guidance to help Suppliers through the Dropship Vendor on-boarding process. Product Registration 1. If the Supplier colour names are different to ones used by Myer, can these be added or are there limitations around this? At this point, we are unable to add Supplier colours to our RETEK system. In order to accommodate for Suppliers, Myer will send concession suppliers the RETEK differentiator colour list as well as Myer colour so that Suppliers can match their colours accordingly. 2. As part of the product registration process, what does the Supplier implant role need? The Supplier implant role will need to make sure they have a Myer login and RETEK account (arranged by your Merchandise Concession Manager) before they come into Myer to register their products. 3. Myer has informed me that the products I have registered are not appearing on their online systems (Websphere). Is there a problem with how the product was registered into RETEK? The products registered in RETEK need to be ranged to store 46 (the store number for Online) as well as tick the Item Online Traits and Available Online checkbox in order for it to appear on the Myer online system. If you require more support for this issue, contact the Online Merchandise Manager or Online Content and Promotions Officer. RETEK Access 4. How do I organise RETEK login access for Product Registration? The Supplier will need to their Merchandise Concession Manager. The lead time for requesting RETEK login access is 8 days in total provided all approvals are provided. The Merchandise Concession Manager will contact the Myer Merchandise Operations team.

3 5. How many logins can a Supplier arrange for to use the Myer RETEK system? There is a limit of 5 users for RETEK per concession brand. This is organised by the Merchandise Concession Manager together with the Myer network access credentials. 6. What happens to the Myer RETEK logins if they are not used? The RETEK access login accounts are suspended if it is not used for more than 90 days. This is due to the set number of RETEK licences Myer hold. Pricing and Promotions 7. How much lead time is required for promotional price change for There is a 48 hour delay for promotional price changes to be updated in the Myer system. The price is updated in RETEK after 24 hours, and then updates in Websphere (Myer online system) after 48 hours. The Myer Online team will need to be in the office to make the update. For example, if a promotional price change is given to Myer on a Friday, the Myer Online team will attend to it by the latest Tuesday. For permanent price changes, the turnaround time by Myer is 48 hours from the time the request has been submitted (regardless of the weekend). If a price is changed on Friday, it will flow through to online on Sunday. Publishing online 9. Will I get a chance to see the online content before it goes live on The online team will have an unpublished copy of the website with the Supplier s content. This is provided to the Supplier for review and approval before the Myer online team publish the content. 10. Is the Myer Click and Collect service available for DSV Concession suppliers? No. This is a service only available for Myer Exclusive Brands on the Myer website. Returns 11. What is the returns process for BYO Carriers? If the Supplier is a BYO carrier, the returns process is the same as the standard process provided the product is not broken. 8. How much lead time is required for permanent price change for Refer to this link for the Standard returns process: If the product is broken or there is no record of delivery we need to determine who has accountability.

4 12. What is the returns process for Myer customers? If the product is broken or there is no record of delivery, then this is Myer s responsibility to track and replace. Gift cards and Packaging 13. What is the lead time for ordering packaging material? Suppliers should allow for up to 1 week from the time packaging material has been ordered. 14. Since the Myer Gift card and Thank you card are used for packing online orders, what are the sizes/dimensions? Are there guidelines available? The Gift Card Message Detail, Item Number Detail, Order Number Detail and Myer Logo are printed into a label that is 84mm wide by 68mm high. All details can be found in the DSV Supplier Operational Guide under the Printing a Gift Message section.
