Pisco - Huaytará - Ayacucho JUNÍN, HUANCAVELICA, AYACUCHO, APURÍMAC and ICA Estimated award date: Second semester of 2017, US$ 446,000, CO-FINANCED. The project comprises the rehabilitation and the upgrading works (117 km), regular intital maintenance (498km) and operation and continuous maintenance iin order to keep the road under established service levels. 2 Anillo Vial Periférico, the project looks for implementing a highway of 33.2 Km. of length, from the intersection with Elmer Faucett avenue with Canta Callao avenue to Av. Circunvalación, allowing to optimize the connections between the districts of the north and east areas with the rest of the metropolitan area. The influence scope of the project is one (1) district of the constitutional province of Callao, and eleven (11) districts of Metropolitan Lima from which five (5) are located in the North area of the conurbation of Lima (San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos, Independencia, Comas and San Juan de Lurigancho) and six (6) are in the East area (Lurigancho, El Agustino, Santa Anita, Ate Vitarte, La Marina and San Luis). Under evaluation CO-FINANCED: Concession to implement a highway of 33.2 Km. of length, from the intersection with Elmer Faucett Avenue with Canta Callao avenue to Av. Circunvalación, with the purpose to consolidate part of the Multimodal Axis Amazonas Centro in the section comprised in the Metropolitan Lima surrounding; likewise, it intends to be an urban alternative to the Evitamiento road for users and to improve the functional efficiency of the road system of Metropolitan Lima. 3 Sierra Road Concession. The private initiative whose goal is to maintain, operate and put in top condition the road Dv. Conococha Conococha y Conococha - Huaraz - Caraz; and rehabilitation, operation and maintenance service of the Yungay and the Laguna de Llanganuco road stretch. In the provinces of Huaylas, Yungay, Carhuaz, Huaraz, Recuay and Bolognesi in the Departament of Ancash, and the Province of Barranca in the Depatment of Lima. Under evaluation SELF-SUSTAINING: to maintain, operate and put in top condition the road Dv. Conococha Conococha y Conococha - Huaraz - Caraz; and rehabilitation, operation and maintenance service of the Yungay and the Laguna de Llanganuco road stretch. 4 Concession for the Pan-American highway EMP. PE-EN (DV. LAS VEGAS) - TARMA - LA MERCED - PTE. RAITHER - VILLA RICA - DV. PUERTO BERMÚDEZ - CIUDAD CONSTITUCIÓN - VON HUMBOLDT/PTE. RAITHER - DV. SATIPO - PUERTO OCOPA The departments of Junin, Huanuco, Pasco and Ucayali and connects the cities of Tarma, La Merced, Villa Rica, Puerto Bermudez and Von Humboldt, in the center of the country; Also, the interface with the National Route 5S, and thereby Pichinaqui cities, Satipo, Puerto Ocopa. Admitted SELF-SUSTAINING: the proposal is to grant a 25-year concession for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the road between the towns of Tarma, La Merced, Villa Rica, Puerto Bermudez, Von Humboldt, and Puerto Ocopa Satipo, in the central part of the country. 5 Longitudinal of the Sierra road project, Section 5: Cusco y Puno. Cities: Urcos, Combapata, Sicuani, Puno, Ilave and Desaguadero To be called. The modified assessment report was submitted and returned to the MTC with the purpose of adequation to the Legislative Decree (DL 1224) Cofinanced: 25 years, 422 Km. ELECTRICITY 6 Quillabamba Thermal Power Plant CUSCO Estimated award date: US$ 180,000, SELF-SUSTAINING. Competition Factor:. The Investment Commitment term of the Contract will be 20 years, beginning as of the launch of the thermal central commercial operation. 2

3 7 220 Kv Tintaya - Azangaro Transmission Line CUSCO AND PUNO The called was published on 15/02/2017. The award and publication of the Final Version of the Contract shall be during the third quarter of 2017, and the Bid Submission and Project Award shall take place 30 calendar days after awarding the Final Version of the Contract. US $ 58,900,00.00 SELF-SUSTAINING:the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Power Line. The concession period is 30 years, plus the construction term that would comprise (36) months as from the Closure Date. At the end of the concession period, the Power Line shall be transferred to the Peruvian State. 8 Aguaytía-Pucallpa 138 kv Electric Transmission Line (second circuit) UCAYALI The Offers submission and award was made in May 19, 2017 and the awardee was TERNA PLUS S.R.L.. The project closing date is scheduled for September 05, US$ 37,27,000, SELF-SUSTAINING: The concession will be granted as a Comprehensive Project Tender, id est., the Concessionaire will be tasked with the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project. The project will be transferred to the Peruvian Government at the end of the concession period. The concession period will be 30 years, plus the construction period, which will be 36 months as of the Date of Closure kV Mantaro - Nueva Yanango - Carapongo Connection and associated sub stations AND 500 kv Nueva Yanango - Nueva Huanuco connection and associated sub stations HUANCAVELICA, JUNÍN AND LIMA; PASCO, HUANUCO AND ANCASH. The project comprises the execution of the rehabilitation works needed along the railway (128.7km) and subsequently to operate and maintain. 15 Line 3 of the Metro Network LIMA AND CALLAO CO-FINANCED. Design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of an LPG transport system from the producer (Pisco) to the South of Lima. 19 Integrated System to transport gas to the Southern areas of Peru CUSCO, AREQUIPA Y MOQUEGUA Updating information CO-FINANCED. MINING 34 Huayday Ambara Mining Prospect LA LIBERTAD Estimated Award date: Currently suspended. US$ 8,000, Deposit with an area of 2,992 ha, where significant coal resources have been identified, and which is located in a mining district where significant metal production mining operations are being performed such as: Alto Chicama, Sayapullo, Igor, and Cascajal among others. Huayday Ambara offers good exploration potential for gold and other metallic substances.. 35 Michiquillay Copper Deposit CAJAMARCA Under evaluation The assest included in the project and to be tranfered to the awardee are the ownership of the 18 mining concessions located in Michiquillay, in the district of La Encañada. 36 Michiquillay Remnants Mining Project CAJAMARCA Estimated award date: to be determined. Mining concessionn with an estimated of 14, ha (2 remaining concessions of Michiquillay project). This deposit has limestone reserves in three geological formations, with estimated resources of about 4,283 million tonnes, this amount could increase after further studies. The quality of calcareous rocks is good exceeding 97% of CaCO3 with low content of impurities mainly SiO2, AI2O3. Fe203, MgO and other. 37 Colca Mining Project APURIMAC The call for tender is scheduled for the second quarter of 2017 and it will be held after social acceptance of the promotion process. The project comprises the development of mineral exploration to identify the potential of the mining site and determine the economic viability for its future exploitation. 38 Jalaoca Mining Project APURIMAC The call for tender is scheduled for the third quarter of 2017 and it will be held after social acceptance of the promotion process.
