4 ROAD CONCESSIONS: LONGITUDINAL DE LA SIERRA ROAD PROJECT, SECTION 2: Ciudad de Dios - Cajamarca - Chiple, Cajamarca - Trujillo y Dv. Chilete - Empalme PE-3N Location: Cajamarca and La Libertad. CALLED Cities: Ciudad de Dios, Cajamarca, Chiple and Trujillo Description: The project comprises the initial regular maintenance (460 km), rehabilitation and upgrading works (90km) and the operation and maintenance of all the Section in order to obtain the required level of service. Approximated length of 875 km. Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 552million Type of concession: Co-financed Competition factor: The lowest payment for Rehabilitation and maintenance(prm), initial regular maintenance annual payment (PAMPI) and maintenance and operation annual payment (PAMO) that the concessionaire is willing to offer basedonthe maximum amount setbythe State. Concession Term: 25 years Current status: The final contract version was sent to the Comptrollers General s office requesting the previous report. Estimated award date: IV QT 2013.

5 ROAD CONCESSIONS: LONGITUDINAL DE LA SIERRA ROAD PROJECT, SECTION 4: TO BE CALLED Location: Junín, Huancavelica, Ayacucho and Apurímac. Cities: Huancayo Izcuchaca-Mayocc,Ayacucho and Abancay. Description: The project comprises the rehabilitation and the upgrading works (117 km), regular initial maintenance (160 km) and operation and maintenance of all the Section, in order to obtain the required level of service. Approximated length of 640 km. Estimated Investment*: To be defined according to the engineers studies carried out by the MTC. Type of concession: Co-financed Concession period: 25 years Current status: After the engineers studies developed by the MTC conclude, the project may be incorporated and the promotion plan shall be approved. 10 LPG TRANSPORT SYSTEM FOR LIMA AND EL CALLAO CALLED GLP Terminals for storage and dispatch Location: Ica and Lima. Description: The process comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain an LPG transport system from the producer facilities (Pisco) to El Callao port. The transport capacity will be 2800 TM/day when the commercial operation starts, and the fifth year will be 3500TM/day. The system comprises: A pipe of approximately 360 km from Pisco (south of Lima) to a terminal located in Callao region. Terminals for storage and dispatch to be placed between Lurin and Callao Region. Pumping station, valves, pig traps, measurement and communication equipments. Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 250 million Type of concession: Self- sustained Concession term: 20 years plus the build period (36 months) Competition factor: The transport s lowest cost. Current status: The project will be modified according to the request made by the Ministry of Energy and Mines. Estimated award date: II QT 2014

11 SUPPLY SYSTEM OF LNG FOR DOMESTIC MARKET CALLED Location: Lima. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintain a supply system that includes: A reserve tank of liquid natural gas at or near the gas liquefaction plant of Pampa Melchorita(170 km south oflima). Equipment's for re-gasification and dispatch natural gas for users in Lima and Callao in case of emergency situations. With a capacity of 130 MM cubic meters to supply the consumption for 7 days. Estimated Investment (VAT not included): US$ 250 million. Type of concession: Self-sustained. Concession term: 20 years plus the build period (30 months). Competition factor: related with the investment to be made. Current status: All its activities will be modified. Estimated award date: III QT 2014

12 ENERGY SECURITY AND SOUTHERN GAS PIPELINE CALLED Location: Cusco, Arequipa and Moquegua. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer of a natural gas distribution system. The project includes 2 sections: Camisea Malvinas CUSCO Chiquintirca Quillabamba Anta PUNO AREQUIPA Puerto Matarani MOQUEGUA Ilo TACNA a) Construction of natural gas pipelines and liquid gas pipelines from Malvinas plant to the Connection point (CP) and then to the Chinquintirca plant. b) Construction of the Southern region gas pipeline from the Connection Point (CP) to south coast of the country. This comprises the following works: Route1:natural gaspipeline fromthe CPtoCusco Route 2: Continuance of the gas pipeline to Ilo and Mollendo. Moyobamba 600 Km Iquitos BRAZIL Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain a transmission line with an approximated length of 600 km and capacity of 145 MVA, in order to incorporate the city of Iquitos to the National Interconnected System. Estimated Investment (VAT not included): US$ 434 million Type of concession: Self-sustained PACIFIC OCEAN Concession term: 30 years plus the construction period(52 months) Competition factor: The lowest cost of total service. 15 220 KV LA PLANICIE INDUSTRIALES TRANSMISSION LINE AND ASSOCIATED SUBSTATIONS CALLED Location: La Molina and Ate districts. Description: Design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the transmission line with a length of 16.6 km and two circuits with 400 MVA capacity each. The last 5 km of the line will be underground. Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 56.6 million Type of concession: Self-sustainable. It will be funded with the Revenue from Ticket Sales and the Transmission Toll that make up the Average Annual Cost and will be paid with the demand served exclusively by these facilities. Concession period: 30 years plus the construction period(22 months approximately). Current status: The first contract version is published on Proinversion s web site. 16 220 KV FRIASPATA -MOLLEPATA TRANSMISSION LINE AND 220/60 KV ORCOTUNA SUBSTATION CALLED SE Orcotuna Friaspata Mollepata Location: Huancavelica, Ayacucho, Junín. Description: Design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the transmission line with a length of 90.5 km and 152 MVA capacity, and the 220/60 kv Orcotuna substation with 50 MVA capacity. It will be financed with the Revenue from Ticket Sales and the Transmission Toll that make up the Average Annual Cost and will be paid with the demand served exclusively by these facilities. Description: The project comprises the implementation of works and actions to improve the navigability and transit of pasenger and cargo on the Amazonas, Marañón, Huallaga and Ucayali rivers. Dredging on critical areas (Malos Pasos) and on the access to the Port of Iquitos. GPS information system on the route of the navigation channel. Installation of level measuring stations with transmission of information. System of monitoring of navigability conditions. Cleaning system. Description: The project comprises the design, construction, acquisition, startup, operation and maintenance of the National optical fiber backbone networks (approximated 13,400 km) in order to connect 22 region capital and 180 province capital. Estimated investment: US$ 267 million * Pacific Ocean Modality: Co-financed Competition factor: The lowest investment, operation and maintenance value for the construction of the RDNFO (80%) and the highest percentage granted to the Peruvian Government (20%). 24 LORETO -SAN MARTIN AMAZON INTEGRATION TO THE TERRESTRIAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK CALLED Location: Loreto Region(East of Peru) Description: It comprises the design, acquisition, installation, operation and maintenance of a terrestrial broadband transport network with wireless technology from the city of Iquitos to the border town of Isla Santa Rosa, to provide telecommunications and intranet public services to 70 towns and public institutions located on that route of the Amazon River. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, build and finance of the following systems (i) desalination of sea water, (ii) water storage and distribution drinkable water, (iii) sewerage, and, (iv) treatment and final disposition of treated waste water. And the operation and maintenance of (i) desalination plant, (ii) waste water treatment plant (includes the final disposition of treated waste water and rejected water). Description: Private- Public Partnership that includes the management of the Theater, with participation of private investment in order to provide high quality performance for which it was designed, built and implemented. Main characteristics The theater has a capacity of 1,500persons,having 7floors and4 basements. The stage total area is 840 m2, has mobile platform that allow the performanceofupto3showsinarow. Description: The project comprises of the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of an access cable car system from Kiuñalla (Region of Apurimac) to the Choquequirao Archaeological Park and its departure, intermediate and arrival stations The 5.4 Km long cable car will cross the Apurímac Canyon(1,400m)andbedividedintwosections(3.4 Km and 1.99 Km). It will have a capacity of 400 passengers/hour and a travel time of 15 min from station to station. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintain a cableway system for a fast, safe and easy access to Kuelap Fortress. The cable cars route will be 4,400 meters aimed to overcome the distance of 965 meters between Tingo Nuevo town and Kuelap fortress. 36 CONCESSION OF REMAINING MICHIQUILLAY PROJECT TO BE CALLED CAJAMARCA Project location Location: District of Encañada- Baños del Inca Llacanora and Namora, province of Cajamarca, department of Cajamarca, in the rural community of Michiquillay, 47 km northwest ofcajamarca;and908kmof Lima. Description: The project involves the transfer to the private sector of two remaining deposits of Michiquillay of 14, ha. These deposits have limestone reserves, in three different geological formation, with over 15 billion MT. The limestone quality is good reaching over 97% of CaCO 3 with lowcontent ofimpurity mainly SiO 2,Al 2 O 3, Fe 2 O 3,MgOandothers. Duetoits strategic location near to Yanacocha mine and other gold and copper projects, the prospect will also permit the exploration of these minerals. Estimated award date: III QT 2014.

37 HUAYDAY AMBARA MINING PROSPECT TO BE CALLED LUCMA LA LIBERTAD Location: District of Lucma, province of Gran Chimú, department of La Libertad. Description: The project involves the concession of a total areaof2992 ha. The projects is located in a geological strip that contains important gold-yield deposits such as Alto Chicama, Sayapullo, Igor, Cascajal and other. In Huayday Ambara, there are coal stratums identified as clean anthracite with probable estimated reserves of 1.8 million MT, it offers good potential for the exploration of gold and other metallic substances. Current status: Geologic prospecting studies for metallic substances are under process. Estimated award date: II QT 2014

38 INTEGRAL PROJECT WATER MINING AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK FOR SOLVING THE INFORMAL MINING PROBLEM IN PIURA TO BE CALLED Location of the ore benefit plant Operations area of informal mining Location: Piura Region Description: This project will be performed in two stages : First stage: Design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of an ore benefit Plant which shall process the gold ore extracted by formal miners and miners under formalization process who operate within the Piura region. Second stage: Promotion of a portfolio of agriculture and livestock development projects and others that are intended to solve problems related to water for domestic and agriculture purposes in the influence area of the formal mining operations. Description: The project comprises in the provision, by a private operator, of the following services: (i) Maintenance of the facilities, infrastructure and electromechanical equipment associated with infrastructure, landscaping and parking, (ii) Maintenance of the clinical and not-clinical equipment (iii) General services (laundry, kitchen, cleaning service and security and hospital waste management) and(iv) Support to the diagnose (Laboratory, clinical pathology, blood bank and sterilization center) Its main features are: It is an specialized center with highly qualified service that will only look after pediatric patients of 0-18 years old send from another hospitals.
