Decision of SEIAA: Authority decided to request the SEAC to re-examine the case whether the proponent has submitted revised compliance report from MOEF & CC. Item: Ha. No. 44/1, Pasumanda (V), Gudipala Mandal, Chittoor District Environmental Clearance Information received from Mining Department - Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting.the Committee recommended to obtain the information on EC of the mines within 500 meters from the Mines & Geology Department. Item: Ha. Laterite Mine of Smt. Singam Bhavani, Un-Surveyed Area, Asanagiri, Hamlet of Saruguda Panchayat, Nathavaram (M), Visakhapatnam District - Environmental Clearance EIA Report along with Public Hearing Minutes Submitted SEIAA refer back to SEAC - Reg. representative of the proponent attended the meeting.the Committee noted that the TOR is valid for 4 years as per the latest act from MOEF. The Committee recommended to issue of EC by stipulating condition that the Project Proponent shall not use explosives in the mining operations as the mine is nearer to the village, <0.5 km. Decision of SEIAA: The Authority decided to get clarification from MOEF & CC. Item: Ha. Colour Granite Mine of Sri K. Mani Naidu, Sy. No. Gap Area, Durgarajapuram Village, S. R. Puram (Mandal), Chittoor District Environmental Clearance Clarification received Earlier deferred case - Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting. Raghavendra Mines & Minerals, Sy.No.550/C, Vorvakal (V & M), Kurnool District - Environmental Clearance Violation case - Submission of revised EC application along with increase of Production quantity - Earlier deferred case Reg. The item was examined by the SEAC in its meeting held on To defer to the next meeting as the Project Proponent has not attended the meeting to furnish the clarifications. Item: Ha. Quart Mine of M/s. Sibelco India Minerals Pvt. Ltd., Sy. No. 981/P, Velichelmala (V), N. P. Kunta (M), Ananthapur District, Andhra Pradesh - Environmental Clearance Earlier deferred case Reg. proponent attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the mine was in operation without EC. After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended to REJECT the Environmental Clearance to this Project for operating the mine without EC. Also to address a letter to the Government of A.P, to take credible action against this mine for violation as per the provisions of EIA Notification Item: Acrs. Black Galaxy Granite of M/s. Manikanta Minerals, Sy. No. 410/P, Devarapalem (V), Chimakurthy (M), Prakasam District Environmental Clearance Clarification received Earlier deferred case Reg. The item was examined by the SEAC in its meeting held on and recommended to be deferred to the next SEAC meeting for further appraisal. Item: Ha. Black Granite Mine of M/s. Vishnu Granites and Exports, Compartment No. 457, Basavapalli Reserve Forest, Chittoor West Division, Chittoor District - Environmental Clearance Clarification received Earlier deferred case Reg. recommended to defer the case as the Project Proponent has not attended the meeting to furnish the clarifications. 7

Kalyana Srinivas, Sy.No. 950/1B, Oduru Village, Chillakur Mandal, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh Environmental Clearance (Online) Clarification received Earlier deferred case Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting. The Committee recommended to Issue of EC subject to furnishing of the land documents in the name of the Project Proponent or in the name of lease holder of the Project Proponent. Decision of SEIAA: The authority decided to refer the issue to SEAC after submission of land documents. Item: Ha Silica Sand Mine of M/s.Sri Sai Sands, Sy.No.496/1P, Ballavolu (V & Post), Chilakur (M), Nellore District.- Environmental Clearance Resubmission EC application along with increase of Production quantity - Reg. The item was examined by the SEAC in its meeting held on The representative of the proponent attended the meeting. The Committee recommended to Issue of EC subject to furnishing of GPS points (longitude & latitude co-ordinates of the survey made on the nearby spring channels). Decision of SEIAA: The Authority decided to refer the issue to SEAC after submission of GPS points with a request to reexamine the case with reference to compliance of Silica sand mine guidelines. Item: 4.87 Ha. Mica, Quartz, Feldspar & Vermiculite Mine of Sri G.Bharath, Sy No:535/P, Gokulabrundavanam (V), Sydapuram (M), S.P.S.R Nellore District. Environmental Clearance Reg. proponent attended the meeting. The Committee recommended to defer the case as the Project Proponent has not furnished the link documents of Patta land of this mine. Item: M/s Sri Vijaya Bharathi Cements, Plot no 212,213&214, Industrial Development Park, Puttlampalli, Putlampalli, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh - Environmental Clearance - Reg. (TOR Case) proponent attended the meeting. The Committee recommended to issue TOR with TWO years with Public Hearing as per the provisions of EIA Notification on issue of TOR but with a validity period of 3 yrs 8

The Committee recommended to Issue of EC subject to obtaining the information from the Mines & Geology Department on surrounding mines within 500 meters of this mine. Item: Ha. Construction Projects of M/s. Agri Gold Group, Keesara Village, Kanchikacherla Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh Environmental Clearance Reg. proponent attended the meeting. The Committee recommended that the Project Proponent shall furnish the clarification on legal aspects of the Hon ble Court cases on this proposed construction project. Item: Ha. Silicon Rocs Mining, Sy.No: 61/4A & 4B, Polavaram Village, Sankavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh - Environmental Clearance Reg. representative of the proponent attended the meeting.the Committee recommended to Issue of EC by stipulating a condition that the Project Proponent shall not use explosives in mining operations as there is a village nearer to the mine, <0.5km. Item: Ha. White Shale & Dolomite Mine of Sri K.Chakrapani Reddy, Sy. No: 641,642,644 & 645, Kommamarri village, Peapully Mandal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh - Environmental Clearance Re-submission EC application - Reg. representative of the proponent attended the meeting. The Committee recommended Issue of EC. Decision of SEIAA: Authority decided SEAC to reexamine the case with respect to exact mining lease area and issue of limestone and earlier working if any. 9

Ltd., R.S.No. 80/3C, 80/4B/81/2, 81/3, 81/5, 81/6B, 81/7, 81/8, 81/9, 81/10, Kunchanapally Village, Tadepalli Mandal, Guntur District Environmental Clearance (Amendment) Reg. representative of the proponent attended the meeting. The Committee recommended Issue of EC by stipulating standard conditions applicable for Construction Project. The Project Proponent shall surrender the previous EC order. Item: Ha. Colour Granite Mine of Sri N. Anjaneyulu, Survey No. 24/2(p), Vaidena Village, Ballikurava Mandal, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh Environmental Clearance Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting. The Committee recommended Issue of EC. Item: Ha. Colour Granite Mine of M/s. Sree Vishnu International Mining, Survey No : 186/1, Kuppiganipalli Village, Gudupalli Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh- Environmental Clearance Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting. The Committee recommended Issue of EC subject to furnishing of information on surrounding Wild Life Sanctuary details and the information from the Mines & Geology Department on surrounding mines within 500 meters of this mine. Decision of SEIAA: The Authoirty to refer back the case to SEAC after submission of information from the proponent. 10

Survey No. 56, Garividi Village, Garividi Mandal, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh Environmental Clearance Re-submission of EC application - Reg. (TOR Case) proponent attended the meeting. The Committee noted that in the MoEF&CC, EAC meeting held on in the case of Lime Stone mine of Ha, the Public hearing is exempted. I. The 26 th Meeting of the Reconstituted Expert Appraisal Committee for Environmental Appraisal of Mining Projects (Non-Coal) of the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change was held during November 24-25, 2014 II. Limestone Mine with production capacity of 61,739 TPA (ROM) in M.L. No. 18/2013 by M/s Ansh Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., located at Village - Pitasiya Tehsil & Distt. Nagaur, Rajasthan ( ha)] III. The Committee recommended to Issue standard TOR with validity TWO years with exemption of public hearing in the same lines. on issue of TOR but for a validity period of 3yrs with public consultation including public hearing. Item: Ha. Colour Granite Mine of M/s. Om Sree Hanuman Granites, Survey No C/A, Pallepalli Village, Rayadurg Mandal, Ananthapuramu District, Andhra Pradesh - Environmental Clearance Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting. The Committee recommended to Issue of EC subject to obtaining the information from the Mines & Geology Department on surrounding mines within 500 meters of this mine. Decision of SEIAA: The Authority decided to refer back the issue to SEAC after getting information on cluster of mines to specically examine status of land i.e., government ot patta. Item: Ha. Quartz Mine of Sri K. Nagul Meera, Sy. No. 53/1, Chinnavaram Village, Gampalagudem Mandal, Krishna District. Environmental Clearance Resubmission of EC application - Reg. proponent did not attend the meeting.
