Join us on an inter-cultural journey to deeply colorful and historical cities of Peru, where we will foster friendships and dialogue with individuals and families. We will be guiding you through the bustling streets of Lima, Cusco, Paracas, Ica and Islas Ballestas taking care to do all we can to assure you get more than a typical tourist's vacation. We will incorporate significant inter-cultural and social nuances so you can better understand the history of Peruvian people and their cultures and traditions. We will also learn Hizmet movement activities and services that contributes the education and cultural diversity in Peru along with visiting other NGOS in addition to meeting some of the refugee families to learn more about their stories. We will also visit plenty of must-see tourist attractions too, and indulge in the best local cuisine. Our trip fee of $2500 includes comfortable 4/5-star accommodations,meals( breakfast & dinner), all ground and domestic air transportation, and entry to museums and guided tours. International airfare, personal expenses, travel insurance and tips are not included. We are pleased to share this journey with you!

2 DAILY I TI NERARY Aug 24 Depart from the U.S.A. for Lima (LIM) Suggested non-stop flights: LATAM Airlines Flight 2473: Departure from MCO 5:15 pm Arrival to LIM 10:35 pm Economy ticket fares($ $725) AVIANCA Airlines Flight 977: Departure from MCO 3:28 pm Arrival to LIM 8:30 pm 1 Stop flights can be found cheaper around $380 with Spirit Airlines. Friday Aug 24 - DAY 1 Lima Arrive at the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by your private driver/guide and transferred to your hotel in Lima. Check into your rooms. Saturday, Aug 25 - DAY 2 Lima After breakfast, we will discover the city of Lima in its three periods: Pre Hispanic, Colonial and Modern. Our tour will start with a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana, pre-inca temple of the IV century AD. After lunch, we will visit the Museum of the Central Reserve Bank, admiring the sample of ancient cultures of Peru,with a select exhibition of gold objects, ceramics, textiles of diverse pre-columbian cultures and the Cohen Gold Collection. Enjoy a walk through the Plaza Mayor observing the Cathedral, Government Palace and the Municipal Palace. Also, discover the San Francisco Monastery and its Catacombs. Finally, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean before family dinner. A NOTE ON DINNERS: Family dinners are great way to learn from the local culture, provide space for people of differing religious and cultural traditions, get-to-know one another in the cozy intimacy of casual home visit and build international community through casual conversation over a delicious meal with the motto "Open Doors, Open Minds, and Open Hearts". Sunday, Aug 26 - DAY 3 FULL DAY PARACAS & ICA 04:00 am Departure to the city of Paracas Transport Company Cruz del Sur. 07:15 am Arrival to the city of Paracas and transfer to the pier. 08:00 am Tours Ballestas Islands Excursion to the Paracas Peninsula, the most important wildlife sanctuary of the Peruvian Coast. Motor boat ride to the Ballestas Islands, where we can observe sea lions, birds, sea lions, pelicans, penguins and other seabirds. On the way back we will have the opportunity to see the "Candelabro", a giant figure of the Nazca Lines style made in the sand. Free time before returning to take pictures of sea lions, seals and seabirds.

3 10:40 am Departure to the city of Ica Transport company Cruz del Sur.lunch 12:10 am Arrival to the city of Ica and transfer to La Laguna de la Huacachina where our tour begins on the banks of the Huacachina Lagoon, from this point we will drive our tubular sandboxes towards the west, towards the desert, where there is a great variety of dunes. Here we will walk with our buggie or sand cart crossing a large part of the desert going up and down the dunes. The desert of Ica in Huacachina offers some of the most beautiful desert landscapes of South America, with whimsical formations of sand formed by the wind, and with a beautiful view of our Peruvian Andes in the eastern part. Our professional driver will make different stops so that our customers can appreciate the landscape, so much so that they can take pictures. Then we will drive our vehicle to the top of a large dune where our instructor guide will show you how to practice the sport of sandboarding. Once at the top, our clients can safely enjoy this sport, and they can also take many photos. Finally we will return to the Laguna de la Huacachina. 6:30 pm. Departure to the city Lima Transport company Cruz del Sur Ica Express. Box lunch or dinner on Bus 22:50 pm. Arrival to the city of Lima and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at LIMA Monday, Aug 27 - DAY 4 : LIMA / CUSCO: CITY TOUR + RUINAS CERCANAS After an early breakfast, you will departure to the airport for 6:30 am flight to visit the city of Cusco. Reception and transfer to the selected hotel, welcome coca tea after 7:52 arrival. Rest of the morning free to acclimatize at 3,350m.s.m. pm lunch in restaurant Chullpi. Approx. Between 13:20 and 13:45 Hrs., We will begin collecting the hotels, to begin with the visit to the city and nearby ruins: the tour will show us the impressive colonial city built on Inca bases; we will visit La Catedral, of Renaissance structure and with fine paintings of the "Cuzqueña School", Korincncha, or Temple of the Sun. We continue with the visit to the four ruins surrounding Cusco: Sacsayhuaman (great fortress located 5 km from the city), Qenqo (sacred amphitheater, center of worship to the god Puma, place where human sacrifices were made), Pucapucara("red fortress" due to the hue that acquires its rocks with the light of twilight) and Tambomachay (temple to worship water ). Return to the hotel pm Show Dinner in restaurant Tunupa. Overnight stay in Cusco.

4 Tuesday, Aug 28 Day 6 CUSCO: INCA`S SACRED VALLEY 09.00am Hrs. Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, tour through the town of Pisac, picturesque colonial mestizo town, in the same way on Sundays the Mass is celebrated in Quechua, then we visit the towns of Ccoya, Lamay, Calca and Urubamba. Buffet lunch. In the afternoon the guided tour of the town of Ollantaytambo, where the archaeological park of Ollantaytambo is located, a gigantic administrative agricultural social and religious complex in the time of Tahuantinsuyo. Return to Cusco through the town of Chincheros, an ancient Inca agricultural center with a beautiful Andean landscape. Its colonial church stands out. Buffet dinner at Jose Antonio Restaurant Wednesday, Aug 29 DAY 7 FULL DAY MACHUPICCHU reakfast at the hotel At the coordinated time, Transfer to the train station to start our trip to the citadel of Machu Picchu, after a 3:15 hrs. We will arrive at the Puente Ruinas station, where we will take the buses that will take us to the Lost City of the Incas, "Machu Picchu", the most famous example of Inca architecture, was discovered in 1911, by Hiram Bingham. We will enjoy a guided tour of the main buildings of the citadel such as: El Mirador, Temple of the Three Windows, The Intihuatana, The Main Square, etc. At the end of this tour we will take the bus down to the city of Aguas Calientes, Buffet lunch. In the afternoon departure from the train station in Aguas calientes to the city of Cusco. Arrival to the city of Cusco and transfer to the hotel. Buffet Dinner Retana Restaurant. Overnight stay in Cusco. Thursday, Aug 30 - Day 8 Lima Breakfast in Cusco Hotel and check out in hotel and departure flight to Cusco at 10:30 am. After arrival to Lima at 11:57 am transfer to the Hotel and spend the rest of the afternoon for shopping and free time and end the day with another beautiful family dinner. Friday, Aug 31 - Day 9- Lima After breakfast meet with city officials and join relief activities with local NGOs. After lunch visit Hizmet members and learn from their educational and dialog activities. Dinner with a local family.
