8 Neighborhood Notification Meeting(s) for: Owners of Property Located near Gabilan Court and 5th Street, Gonzales CHISPA plans to develop 40 affordable apartments with a residents' center and an on-site manager's apartment at Gabilan Court and 5th Street, on the former site of the Housing Authority duplexes. On the front portion of the parcel, the City of Gonzales intends to construct a new library with 40 parking spaces sometime in the future. We invite you to a presentation to review the plans for the apartments, to ask questions, and to sign up to receive information in the future.
