D New Zealand to Singapore in Singapore CROWNE PLAZA CHANGI AIRPORT Singapore to Yangon (fly) On arrival into Yangon we have private transfers to our accommodation. SAVOY HOTEL Two (2) night stay Mon 23 Tue 24 Nay Pyi Daw to Inle Lake We continue our road journey through to Inle Lake. The route we will take is the scenic Pinlaung Road which is away from the normal tourist route. Lunch will be at local restaurant on route to the lake. Our journey continues through the beautiful mountains reaching the plateau where rice is cultivated. LAKE VIEW HOUSE Four (4) night stay. Inle Lake We have an early start this morning, taking private boats across the lake to the Five Day Market. This is the rendezvous of the ethnic tribes who live around the Inle Lake area. Sat 21 This afternoon we will visit the Chauk Htat Gyi reclining Budha. Evening : Welcome dinner Yangon. This morning we venture out to discover the Colonial Quarter of Yangon by trishaw. We then head to the Bogyoke Market, the largest arts & crafts market in. Lunch is enjoyed at The Strand Hotel, built in 1901 Late afternoon we will visit Shwe Dagon Pagoda. We will climb the stairways to take in a breathtaking and peaceful sight with Zen atmosphere which has been visited by Buddhists for centuries. Weather permitting, we will be togther with 30 Nuns to celebrate 1000 oli-lamps ceremony at Shwe Dagon Pagoda Wed 25 Todays excursion will see us visiting Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, a notable Buddhist site on the shores of the lake. We are planning to visit to the Silk & Lotus Weaving Centre. This is the only place in the world where the lotus fabric is produced. Lotus weavers cut the stem of the lotus plant and gently pull this apart to expose the threads. These treads are then spun into longer fibers to and then weaver into the lotus fabric. Our days excursion will end with a visit to the Black Smith and Cigar making factory. Inle Lake Our excursion today commences with a visit to the Indein Village, the home of the Paohs Tribes. This is the location of the Indein Archeological site which features the abandoned pagodas and bamboo groves Sun 22 Evening : Le Planteur Restaurant Yangon to Nay Pyi Daw Our road journey commences today with our departure from Yangon. Planned stops to include Bobogyi Nat Shrine, Htauk Kyant War Memorial Cemetery the resting place for British Soldiers who died in the battle for during the WWII. Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant on route to Nay Pyi Daw. Nay Pyi Daw is the location for the Parliament Building. Thr 26 Lunch is to be experienced in Indein Village Restuarnt. We will cruise the floating gardens and village of the Inthar Silt Houses. Inle Lake Todays excursion will see us visiting Alemyaung Village with the highlights being our private lunch and local wine tasting in a small mango plantation located on the hill-side with views over Inle Lake. KEMPINSKI HOTEL One (1) night stay

3 OCTOBER. Fri 27 Inle Lake - Kakku - Pindaya Our full days drive will take us from the lake to Taunggyi, Kakku to Pindaya. We will stop at the Shwe Yan Pyay Wooden Monastery. The drive between Taungyi and Kakku will take us through the hills and across the Shan Plateau littered with fields of mountain rice and a mixture of agricultural crops. Lunch will be enjoyed in a local restaurant in Kakku. We visit the archaeological site of Kakku the location of more than 1000 ancient pagodas. CHALET at INLE INN PINDAYA Mon 30 Mt Popa to Monywa Another days journey as continue to discover, traveling first to visit the Popa Taunkalat Nats Shrine stopping at a village where the cottage industry is the production of Palm Sugar and Palm Alcohol. Lunch is enjoyed at a local restaurant before arriving at the Thanbokde Temple, a temple with over 500,000 Buddha images. You will view the largest reclining and standing Buddha statues in. WIN UNITY RESORT Evening : Chindwin Restaurant Sat 28 Pindaya to Kalaw The journey today will see us visit the Shwe U Min Caves which contains a fantastic collection of Buddha statues which were placed there by pilgrims. Lunch will be enjoyed at a Green Tea Restuarnt. After lunch we visit a Cottage Umbrella making place to view a simple, yet impressive technique of making umbrellas based on bamboo and mulberry paper. KALAW HILL LODGE Tue 31 Monywa - Bagan Our journey today will is us stopping at a typical Monywa market, away from the typical tourist trail. This is followed by a visit to the Pho Win Taung Archeological site located in a remote area. The Po Win Taung hill is an interesting with numerous caves containing ancient sculptures, mural paintings dating back to the 17th & 18th centuries. We then continue to Shwe Ba Taung Hill which features the stone carvings. Late lunch is enjoyed at a local restaurant before continuing onto Bagan AUREUM PALACE RESORT & SPA Four (4) night stay Sun 29 Kalaw - Mt Popa Our full days journey today sees us visiting the Magway Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp. We are introduced to the elephants, assist with the preparation of the daily food and then accompany them to the river where the elephants enjoy there daily bath ( you can join in if you wish). Lunch is at the main camp. November Wed 01 Bagan An early start this morning with an incredible dawn Hot Air Balloon flight over the Forest of Pagdodas. The balance of your day is at your leisure. at the resort. Lunch & dinner at your leisure at the resort. We then journey to Mt Popa, the home of the Spirits POPA MOUNTAIN RESORT

4 November Thr 02 Bagan - Salay - Bagan We start the day with a scenic view from the top of the temple of Bagan before short drive through to Salay where we will visit a Yoke Sone Monastery, dating back 150 years and constructed of teak featuring magnificent wood carvings. Lunch is enjoyed at Salay House Restaurant. Sun 05 Road to Mandalay. Before setting sail you have a choose of morning adventures - selecting from a horse-and-cart or bicycle ride around the temples or visit a local community project...or just maybe relaxing on the ship is all you will want to do. Fri 03 Meals. B.L.C Sat 04 We then continue to Shin Pin Sar Kyo pagoda before returning to Bagan. Evening : Dinner is enjoyed at a local restaurant Bagan We will be taken on a small boat ride to an island located in the middle of the river. The its a ride in Oxcarts to reach a typical village made of wooden houses. We have planned a fun culinary experience at a village house garden where we prepare a delicious tomato salad. This a great opportunity to meet the people and to discover their way of life. Lunch is served in the village house. The afternoon is at your leisure - a chance to enjoy a bicycle ride down the small lanes between the pagodas with a visit to the Dhamayangyi Temple, a substantial structure in Bagan. This evening we embark on a short cruise on the Ayeyarwaddy River to a Private Sand Bank to enjoy the sunset, cocktails and canapés. Road to Mandalay - cruise We transfer to the village of Taung Be to join our river cruise ship. After lunch onboard the ship we on guided tour taking in a visit to Anada Temple. We will explore a rarely visited temple by torchlight and learn about the traditional art of lacquerware. The day will end watching the sun set over the mesmerising, temple-strewn plains. Dinner is enjoyed in the Road to Mandalay Grill on the Observation Deck. Mon 06 Tue 07 We set sail this afternoon for Mandalay Road to Mandalay During the morning s sailing there are a range of activities, from sunrise yoga and meditation to cookery demonstrations and lectures. Arriving into Mingun you will have the choose of a tour to discover the historical sites or join in a walk through a rural village and the chance to engage with then locals. This evening onboard you are invited to wear a traditional sarong to the evening cocktail party. Road to Mandalay We arrive into Mandalay this morning. You will have the option to select from one of the following excursions.. Highlights of Mandalay - visits to historic sites around the city. Mandalay Arts & Shopping - which focuses on the cities renowned traditional crafts, such as bronze, marble, silk and woodwork. You will rejoin the ship at Shwe Kyet Yet Village. After lunch there is a visit to the Sagaing Hills, considered to be the living centre of the Buddhist faith in. This evening we toast the sunset with champagne cocktail overlooking the amazing U Bein Bridge. Enjoy your last evening onboard the ship.

5 Wed 08 Thr 09 Meals. B. Fri 10 Sat 11 Mandalay to May Myo. Debarking the ship we drive through to Pyin Oo Lwin, formally known as May Myo. This was a popular hill station of the British during Colonial days. Charming town with its colonial buildings, gardens - known as the city of flowers. GOVERNOR S SUITE Overnight. After checking into our overnight accommodation we will enjoy a horse & cart ride of the May Myo viewing many of the towns Colonial style Houses. We visit the botanical gardens which covering 432 acres and opened by Sir Harcourt Butler, former Governor of Burma. Dinner is enjoyed at the Club Terrace Restaurant this evening. May Myo - Mandalay - Singapore Mid morning we will transfer directly to Mandalay International Airport for our afternoon flight to Singapore. THE RITZ CARLTON Overnight Singapore Singapore The day is at tour leisure to enjoy Singapore. Rooms have been reserved for a late check out. 7 directions Booking Conditions The services that CCG Management Limited, trading as Viaggio, supply consist of arranging and coordinating travel arrangements as offered in the tour program. Viaggio undertake to perform these services with reasonable care and skill. Viaggio will not be liable for any loss or damage, which results from the act, default or omission of any person other than employees, our agents, or ourselves or causes independent of human control. This includes (but is not limited to), loss or damage which arises directly or indirectly from any act of God, weather disruptions, dangers incidental to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of Governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, deaths, pilferage, epidemics quarantines or medical or custom regulations. Viaggio are not able to exercise control over services we do not supply directly, therefore Viaggio will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from: Any services, which we do not provide and which are additional to those described in our tour program. Viaggio will endeavour to provide the most suitable travel arrangements to meet the particular requirements you make known to us. However, travel is an individual experience, Viaggio cannot take responsibility for your individual satisfaction. When Viaggio make (your) bookings with suppliers of travel, entertainment and accommodation facilities or services (of the Supplier) we are acting as a booking agent for the Suppliers. The Suppliers supply all travel, entertainment, and accommodation facilities or services directly to you. Viaggio have no control over the facilities or services themselves, or the manner in which the suppliers provide them. Therefore you should be aware of the following conditions: Viaggio will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind that may arise from your use or consumption of, or inability to use or consume those facilities or services. The provisions of those facilities or services are subject to the terms and conditions of your contract with each supplier. Where for any reason, a Supplier is unable to provide particular facilities or services, then that Supplier may be entitled, under its contract with you, to substitute those services or facilities with comparable or equivalent facilities or services without incurring any liability to you. All facilities or services described by us are subject to availability from the Supplier. Viaggio are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage relating to your baggage, personal possessions, health or welfare, delays or travel disruptions unless these arise directly from the service Viaggio provide you. You agree that where our services are acquired for business purposes, or where you hold yourself out as acquiring our services for business purposes, the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 will not apply to any supply of goods or services made under these conditions, and Viaggio will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any kind to you, including any consequential loss or damage however it may be caused. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A deposit of 30% of your vacation fare is required within 7 days of confirmation of your reservation. Full payment will be required 90 days prior to departure. If you reserve your vacation inside 90 days prior to departure full payment will be required within 72 hours of confirmation. The currency in which the vacation is priced will be indicated under the Vacation Price section of the vacation information. Currency will vary depending on the destination. Payment can be made in the currency quoted by Direct Credit into the specified Bank Account. Details will be provided on your confirmation invoice. Should you wish to make payment by credit card then the following fees will apply. It is important that you advise of this at the time of reservation. Visa or MasterCard - 2.5% American Express - 3.5% CANCELLATION FEES If you wish to cancel your travel arrangements for any reason, you must advise Viaggio in writing as soon as possible. Where you cancel any booking because you have changed your plans you are likely to have to pay a cancellation fee. Viaggio may charge a cancellation fee as long as and to the extent that, we have carried out our service with reasonable care and skill to your reasonable requirements. This cancellation fee is required to offset booking, communication and administration charges that have already been incurred. In addition to Viaggio s cancellation fee, you may also be required to pay cancellation fees imposed by the Suppliers. The amount of each Supplier s cancellation fee is beyond our control, and payment is solely your responsibility. If it is your choice, and you decide not to use part or parts of the arranged services or facilities, you will not be entitled to a refund from us (provided we have carried out our service with reasonable skill and care and to your requirements) and you may not be entitled to a refund from any Supplier (unless otherwise specified). Viaggio Cancellation Fees are: From the time of confirmation and payment of the required deposit and up to 121 days prior to departure - 50% of your deposit is non-refundable days prior to the vacation start date - 30% of the total vacation fare is non-refundable days prior to the vacation start date - 50% of the total vacation fare is non-refundable days prior to the vacation start date - 75% of the total vacation fare is non-refundable. 30 days prior to the vacation start date - 100% of the total vacation fare is non-refundable. TRANSFERABILITY In the event of cancellation, Guests may transfer their reservation free of charge to a Third Party providing this transfer happens at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the vacation. From 59 days and up until 31 days prior to departure an administration fee of NZD$500 per person will be charged. Inside 30 days prior to departure it is not possible to transfer the reservation. Please note in general the ability to transfer your reservations does not apply to airline bookings and air tickets. Other services may incur fees. Please ask us for details. FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS. Your flight arrangements can either be made: 1. With Viaggio or 2. Direct with your airline carrier of choice. Should you elect to have Viaggio make your flight reservations there will be a service fee equivalent to 5% of your airline ticket priced charged by Viaggio. AMENDMENT FEE In the event an amendment is made there will be a minimum $200per amendment fee applicable for each change required. INSURANCE Viaggio strongly recommend that as a minimum you insure yourself against cancellation, loss of luggage and personal property and medical expenses. VACATION PRICING Prices are valid as at the date of publication of the individual vacation information and are subject to currency fluctuations and changes without notice. Selected vacations will be priced on a minimum number of guests traveling and should this minimum number not be reached, Viaggio reserves the right to amend the pricing. Viaggio reserves the right to pass on any cost increase that may occur. CHANGES IN ITINERARY Viaggio reserves the right to change or amend itineraries should we believe that the previous suppliers, hotel, tour company or airline do not meet our standards set. Guests would be advised of this change in writing. Some vacations are subject to a minimum number of reservations and should this minimum number not be reached Viaggio reserves the right to cancel the vacation. Viaggio would endeavour to offer an alternative vacation package if possible in the unlikely event that a group tour/vacation had to be cancelled. VISA / PASSPORTS For all Viaggio Tours you will require a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months at the end of your vacation. You are responsible for arranging your own passport and any Visa and health requirements (including inoculations if applicable). We can provide you with the necessary information to obtain any required Visa s. SOLO TRAVELLER Viaggio does not offer the service of matching solo travellers to share accommodation. UNUSED SERVICES In general terms no refunds can be given for unused or partially used services. PARTICIPATION IN THE VACATION Reservations are accepted on a first-come firstserved basis. Viaggio reserves, at their absolute discretion to accept reservations. While on the vacation any behaviour which is deemed detrimental to other passengers at any time during the vacation, viaggio reserves the right to cancel the passengers participation in the remainder of the vacation, in which case any refund will be made on a recoverable cost basis. GENERAL General: The laws of New Zealand will govern any claims or legal action in connection with the provision of our services to you. Any claim or legal action against the Suppliers is likely to be subject to the terms and conditions of our contract with them, and may be governed by the laws of other countries. While we have exercised reasonable care and skill to ensure that the contents of our tour programs are correct, accurate, and up-to-date at the time of printing, please note that the contents are based on information supplied to us by the Suppliers. Viaggio do not have, and cannot be reasonably expected to have, personal knowledge about all of the facilities or services provided by each Supplier. Facilities or services may change after the date of printing. Viaggio endeavour to keep all our clients informed of any changes.
