Early evening depart for Kinderdijk, Netherlands. Day 2: Kinderdijk, The Netherlands Arrive early this morning in Kinderdijk to tour the local windmills. This afternoon return to the ship for scenic cruising along the Lower Rhine. Day 3: Cologne, Germany Upon arrival in Cologne, Germany enjoy an included city tour. This afternoon is at leisure to further explore Cologne. Sail late this evening towards Rüdesheim, Germany. Day 4: Rüdesheim, Germany Today sail through the scenic Middle Rhine Valley with its narrow river banks and rows of castles lined up on the hill tops, which inspired Heinrich Heine s poem Lorelei. Late this afternoon the ship arrives in Rüdesheim, where you will experience an included excursion to Siegfried's Mechanical Music Cabinet. Set sail this evening. 6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION We provide full financial protection for our package holidays. For flight-based holidays this is through our Air Travel Organisers License Number (10701). When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists the flight, accommodation, car hire and/or other services that are financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where we aren t able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL Holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable). When you buy a package holiday that doesn t include a flight, protection is provided by way of a bond by ABTA. We are a Member of ABTA, membership number (P6490/Y0170). We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of this contract. The scheme is arranged by ABTA and administered independently. It is a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on you for costs. The upper limit on claims is 5,000 per person and 25,000 per booking form. The scheme doesn t apply to claims which are solely in respect of physical injury or illness or their consequences. It can however deal with claims which include an element of minor injury or illness subject to a limit of 1,500 on the amount the arbitrator can award per person in respect of this element. Your request for arbitration must be received by ABTA within eighteen months of the date of return from holiday. For injury and illness claims, you can request the ABTA Mediation Procedure and we have the option to agree to mediation. Further information on the Code and ABTA s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www. abta.com. CAA ATOL We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claim which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be reassigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Bookings for these exclusive cruise holidays must be made with a Cruiseco travel agent. On confirmation of your booking, a written confirmation will be sent to your Cruiseco travel agent. An option will be given for 7 days. Before the option expires it will be necessary for you to pay a deposit of 500 per person. This deposit secures your holiday as requested. We may also require full payment for your airline ticket at the time of booking. We endeavour to obtain the best price on the most convenient flights however due to the fluid nature of airline fares, this maybe outside of our control and a supplement may be added. FARES The fares quoted in this brochure are shown in British Pounds and are based on a twin sharing basis, unless specified as a single cabin category. All rates are subject to change with or without notice. What s not included in your holiday price Flights, transfers outside of the specified transfer times and locations, passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages (except for those noted as being included), additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules and items of a personal nature are not included in the holiday costs advertised in this brochure. Return airfares ex UK & transfers can be purchased for an additional 200pp. Airfare & transfers are based on availability at the time of booking, valid on the day of embarkation and disembarkation of the cruise. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from the UK (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing the UK earlier, please ask your Cruiseco travel agent to request your travel documents in good time. TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend that you obtain Travel insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance will not waive any cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip. BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, we must be notified in writing. The day that we receive this notice in writing, will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. BOOKING CHANGES A fee of 25 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking.
