1 The American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT S STAY WITH PARTICIPATING MILLENNIUM HOTELS AND RESORTS (For all Vouchers effective from 1 February 2016) Basic Card Members are eligible for one (1) Voucher each Membership year (i.e. upon successful application and renewal of Card). Card Members will need to make a prior reservation of 14 days in advance via Millennium Hotels and Resorts website: millenniumhotels.com using the code ASCEND to make a redemption booking. Any other form of room nights reservations will not be entitled for the redemption of this voucher. For redemption reservation enquiries, please contact Central Reservation at reservations@millenniumhotels.com OR For redemption at Studio M Hotel Singapore, Card Member must book a minimum two (2) nights stay in a Studio Loft. The first night is chargeable at S$175 nett to enjoy the second night complimentary. For redemption at M Social Singapore, Card Member must book a minimum two (2) nights stay in a Alcove Cosy Room. The first night is chargeable at S$230 nett to enjoy the second night complimentary. For redemption at the following hotels, Card Member must book a minimum three (3) nights stay. The first two (2) nights are chargeable at the below rates to enjoy the third night complimentary: a. Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles - USD 190 nett per night b. Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago - USD 190 nett per night c. Millennium Bostonian Hotel Boston - USD 263 nett per night d. Millennium Broadway Hotel New York - USD 263 nett per night e. The Premier Hotel New York - USD 263 nett per night All reservations are subject to room availability at the time that the reservation is made and blackout dates apply. Card Member preferred dates cannot be guaranteed. Only one (1) complimentary voucher is permitted to be redeemed for one (1) reservation. Walk-in guest(s) without prior reservation will be required to pay the full room rate. Both the original, printed Voucher and your American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card must be presented during check-in. Card Member may only redeem one (1) complimentary night s stay per Membership year (i.e. 12 months from the date of approval of application or date of renewal of your Card (as the case may be)). This Voucher will expire on the Expiry Date. A Voucher will not be valid for use or redemption after the Expiry Date. A Participating Hotel in the Millennium Hotels and Resorts Group will be entitled to refuse an expired Voucher presented by a Card Member at check-in. If the Card Member holding an expired Voucher desires to keep the reservation made for a stay at a Participating Hotel, the Card Member will be required to pay the full room rate. The Participating Hotel will have the right to charge the full rate of the room to the Card Member s American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card presented at the time of check-in. In the event of a repeat redemption, the full value of the hotel rate applicable at the time of booking shall be charged to the Card Member s Account. No show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the date of arrival will incur a one (1) night charge at Fully Flexible Rate applicable at time of stay. Complimentary one night s stay is based on accommodation in a Superior/Standard room for a maximum of two (2) adults and is inclusive of all applicable tax and service charges for such accommodation. Cost of meals and all other incidentals, will be charged to Card Member (including applicable tax and service charges). Voucher is non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or privileges. American Express is not liable for replacement of lost or damaged vouchers. American Express and Millennium Hotels and Resorts reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of this offer.
