4 Garanti Koza - A Brief History 1948 Established in Ankara as Garanti İnşaat Ltd., as a subsidiary of Garanti Bankası Koç Holding acquires a 62% stake in Garanti Bankası&Garanti İnşaat Hochtief A.G., Germany's largest construction company, acquires 40% of Garanti Inşaat Garanti İnşaat merges with Koza İnşaat, a Koç Group company active in real estate development. The name of the company changes togarantikoza Balfour Beatty plc, Europe's and United Kingdom's leading international engineering, construction and services group, acquires 49.18% of Garanti İnşaat. The name of the company becomes GarantiBalfour Beatty % of the shares are acquired by the company management. Title of the company re-changes to GarantiKoza İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş Garanti Koza moves its head office tokoza Plaza, İstanbul.
